Park hopping at Walt Disney World in spring 2021 - a spontaneous day! Magic Kingdom to EPCOT, day to night! Starting out at Magic Kingdom, seeing some character cavalcades, Mickey Mouse & friends, the Dapper Dans and even Moana on a float, then park hopping over to EPCOT for lunch at Via Napoli, a sunset stroll and some rides! We ride Frozen and Spaceship Earth and I share some POV ride footage of those fun dark rides! Some days I have a detailed plan for these videos, with research and a specific focus, and some days are spur of the moment Disney fun just bringing you along for a realistic day at WDW - like today! Authentic Neapolitan Pizza
Enjoy traditional Neapolitan pizza delivered right to your table, from cheesy quattro formaggi to sausage-topped piccante.
The thin-crust pizzas are made with fresh mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomatoes and real Caputo flour imported from Southern Italy. Water for the dough is even sourced from a spring similar to Italy's Campania region. Pizzas are then cooked in wood-burning ovens named after the 3 active volcanoes in Italy—Mount Etna, Mount Vesuvius and Stromboli.
To ensure every detail is perfect, famed restaurateur Nick Valenti spent time in Naples studying the art of dough, crust, sauce and oven temperatures at the famous pizzerias Da Michele and Trianon before creating the menu at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria.

Epcot's Via Napoli & Pizza al Taglio (How to get FREE Pizza) Restaurant & Walk Up Window Review
Even before I started this channel, people have told me for years to try Via Napoli at Epcot. The reason it took me so long is because I am from New York and have incredible pizza and when I leave New York I try to find things that I can't get all the time. But I am finally doing it, I am trying Via Napoli pizza. I don't believe myself to be a food snob at all, but pizza is my Favorite food and I am very particular about it. So we are going to get a little controversial today, but I believe I am judging it fairly. I will be trying 2 different pizzas and a wine flight and you can tell me if you agree or disagree!
I also came back to Italy a few weeks later to finally try Via Napoli's walk up pizza window Pizza al Taglio. It's very different from the restaurant and we also learn a cool secret ????

One of our favorite stops is the pizza window in Italy, Pizza al Taglio — which literally translates to pizza by the slice. The pizza is the same pie that's served at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, and the window is located right next to the restaurant. The sad news? We are Teia and Brandon. A couple of lifelong Disney nerds. We have both been visiting Disney since we were very young.
Then when planning our wedding, we both realized that we were both Disney fanatics and there was only ONE option for the honeymoon. That's right. 2 weeks at Disney World.
After, many years (and many Disney trips) later, we decided that in 2019, that we would finally purchase Annual Passes for the first time. But in February 2020, we did not renew.
This channel began as a Vlog of our entire first year as Annual Pass holders. But now it continues on to show others what fun things Disney has to offer. Not just in the parks but in and around Disney World and other aspects of the Disney Fandom.
