Magic Kingdom $1 Pressed Pennies
Have you heard the news? All the 4-design hand crank pressed penny machines located in Disney's Magic Kingdom disappeared a few weeks ago and have slowly been returning. Unfortunately most have returned with a new higher price tag of $1 per penny. The machine is also pre-loaded with shiny zinc pennies so you no longer need to have your own. Some of the machines also accept credit cards or ApplePay. In this weeks video I'll take you on a tour through the Magic Kingdom so you can see where these machines are and will note whether the designs have changed or not. Spoiler, most of the designs have not changed. So moving forward when visiting the Magic Kingdom make sure to load up on not just pennies and quarters, but now you will need plenty of dollar bills. Disney Springs & WDW Resorts $1 Pressed Pennies
It's official, all the 4-design Pressed Penny Machines throughout Walt Disney World property have been converted to $1 per penny. We knew this was coming and they finally finished the last batch of machines that were located at Disney Springs and two of the Resorts. In this video we take a trip to find these last few machines. Disney Springs West Side Pressed Pennies
Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney) has recently gone through some major upgrades and changes. For my family it was always the place we went to on our travel days to Florida and mostly just wandered around trying to kill time until our resort room was ready. But now it's an amazing new place with lots of great shopping and fantastic dining options. Plus as always with Disney there are lots of pressed penny machines. This week we take a walk through the West Side of Disney Springs looking for the machines and sampling some things along the way. Happy collecting!

Disney Springs 3-Design Penny Machines $1 | Christmas Tree Trail
Trying to squeeze this in just before the end of the year. Disney Springs had a modified Christmas Tree Trail this year which was more of a scavenger hunt. I checked out all the trees, and also noticed that they had converted all their 3-Design Electronic penny press machines to $1. There is still one machine at House of Blues that was not changed but, but figured I would put this all together as a final send off for 2020. Keep on Pressing!

2019 WDW Dated Pressed Coins Set
Finally the time has come to check out all the new 2019 pressed penny and quarter designs released all over the Walt Disney World Property. We checked out all the parks, resorts and everywhere pressed penny machines were available and found all 16 (yes 16 this year) pressed coins. A bit a surprise this year was that some of the locations where these designs were found have moved. Be sure to pay close attention for all the correct locations, and as I say each year make sure to get your set before they are gone. Happy hunting!

Landry's Restaurants $1 Pressed Pennies on WDW Property
Happy Thanksgiving 2019!
Unfortuantely I didn't have any fun adventure searching for Turkey related pressed pennies. I'll keep my eye out for future years, but instead since one of my favorite things about Thanksgiving is the massive amounts of food, why not take today to visit some restaurants around Walt Disney World property. The only note to make about these is they are Landry's restaurants like Rainforest Cafe, and T-Rex which are highly themed places to eat. The downside is that they have also fallen victim to the recent increased cost to their pressed penny machines. I thought maybe these would slip through but on a recent trip I saw that was not the case. Enjoy these very unique places to eat and have a safe and happy thanksgiving weekend!

Sir Mickey's NEW Pressed Pennies | Magic Kingdom
Walt Disney World has continued released a lot of new pressed penny machines lately, and this past week was no different. Inside the Magic Kingdom back at Sir Mickey's which is a fun little gift shop there USED to be a 3-design electronic penny machine, but that is now gone and replaced with one of the new big 8-design machines. The previous machine also used to have one of the 2020 dated designs, so looks like those are already starting to disappear. Enjoy and Keep on Pressing!

Epcot Future World East - Pressed Pennies 2019
This week we will start our tour of Epcot. When I was young this was not my favorite park, and I always felt there was too much learning going on. But now it's really become one of my favorite parks. The attractions they have a pretty unique and the festivals are always fun to attend. In this video we head to Future World East to check out the new Guardians of the Galaxy coaster construction, Test Track and much more. Hollywood Studios Reopening | Pressed Penny Review
On July 15th, 2020 I was able to visit Hollywood Studios for its official reopening day. My plan was to check out the new procedures throughout the park and on attractions, plus I checked on as many pressed penny machines as I could. Some were inside stores that were had not reopened yet, but unfortunately there were no new machines. I was also able to get a Virtual Pass for the new Star Wars Rise of the Resistance attraction and am still blown away by that ride. It was a great day back, but I feel this park as a little more work to do with handling the crowds and keeping everyone as safe as they can. I hope you enjoy and Keep on Pressing!

Magic Kingdom Reopening Preview | NEW Pressed Pennies
After being closed for a few months, Disney's Magic Kingdom in Orlando has begun to reopen, and we were able to get a preview before the official reopening. Of course I jumped at the chance to see the crowd levels, social distancing procedures for attractions and of course to revisit the Pressed Penny Machine. As luck would have it there were three new pressed penny machines and I made sure to press a set for my collection. Stay safe and keep on Pressing!

Fantasy Faire NEW Pressed Penny Machine - Magic Kingdom
No sooner had I found that other new Machine at Disney's Wilderness Lodge but I then received a tip online that there was another new machine. This time over at Magic Kingdom. So I took the boat transportation from the Lodge and was inside the Magic Kingdom in no time. The Fantasy Faire gift shop is located right beside Mickey's Philharmagic attraction. This is an 8-design pre-loaded penny machine with some great new designs. Happy Collecting!

Mexico Pavilion in Epcot WDW - NEW Pressed Penny Machine
This one completely caught me off guard. I've been preparing for the new 2019 dates pressed coins to be realized (see video coming soon), and someone sent me a message about this new machine in Mexico. This time of year I usually try to stay away from the parks just because they are completely crazy and super busy with visitors. But I had to fight my way through the crowd over to Mexico for a Fiesta Margarita and some pressed pennies.
