TRIP REPORT | COBALT AIR (now BANKRUPT) | Larnaca to Athens | Economy | Airbus A320
Flying Cobalt Air before their Grounding on 18th October 2018. TRIP REPORT - Cobalt Aero Economy Class flight from Larnaca, Cyprus (LCA) to Athens Airport, Greece (ATH) back in February 2018 on my way home to Berlin. Sad to see yet another Airline cease operations this year!

Aircraft: A320
Route: Larnaca to Athens
Class: Economy
Flight time: 1 hour 30 minutes
I took the first flight in the morning from Larnaca to Athens to later catch my connection to Berlin on Aegean Airlines. Our Cobalt Aero flight boarded and departed on time. Onboard they had a Economy Class section with 144 seats and a separated Business Class cabin with 12 seats in a 2-2 configuration. Real business class seats on an A320 are a pretty rare sight here in Europe! During the flight you were able to purchase drinks and snacks which I did. I bought a small pizza (130gr) and a bottle of water (0,5L) for 7,00€. Rather normal prices when you compare this with other airlines in Europe - but there is a massive regional difference between airlines in the South! Let me explain: Take Aegean Airlines, Tus Airways, Air Malta and probably more - they all have one thing in commun - free service - some even offer full hot meals on 1 hour long flights! I personally like good service and therefore would choose an airline with free service if the price difference is not so big. Anyways - best of luck to all employees of Cobalt Aero from the aviation community!

-Enjoy the flight as it shows Takeoff, climbing, the cabin of the plane, descent, landing, taxiing to gate and then shutdown! Sorry about the shaky video but i didn't had a suction mount for my camera!
-Also in the video it shows planes parked at the terminal and General Aviation Apron and the Control tower and son on. It shows different airlines and variaty of planes!
