Why This Wagyu Sandwich Is Worth $85

SakaMai has brought Japan's most famous sandwich to NYC, the Wagyu Katsu Sando. SakaMai only serves three of these sandwiches each day on a first come, first serve basis. A price tag of $85 for six pieces may seem hefty, but the sandwiches' Wagyu beef is an exclusive, high-fat grade cut of meat. SakaMai's sourced Wagyu has won the Japanese Beef Olympics 10 years in a row! The Wagyu is deep fried and smothered in katsu sauce for a rich, crispy, and tender treat.

Giant Scallop PASTRY HAT!! ???? 27 Year Old Chef Cooks FRENCH FOOD in a Warehouse!!

???? 5 Star Hotel Chef Cooks Street Food:
???? NEW T-shirts and caps available now:
???? อยากทำแต่ไม่อยากกิน by Chef Big:

With a restaurant name like “I want to cook, but I don’t want to eat (อยากทำแต่ไม่อยากกิน),” you know you’re in for a unique eating experience. And then you arrive, and to get there you have to maze your way through the backstreets of Bangkok through a very industrial warehouse area. Even when you arrive, you’re not sure if you’re in the right place. #FrenchFood #Bangkok #อยากทำแต่ไม่อยากกิน

Thanks to my friend iTan ( for getting us a reservation, which happens to be one of the hottest restaurants in Bangkok - fully booked for months in advance. Chef Big cooks gourmet and traditional French food from his house, which is his parents’ print shop warehouse. He has a seriously cool story, led by passion, a desire to do what he loved to do despite his family wanting him to choose another direction.

I asked Chef Big if he ever thought about cooking Thai food or another type of cuisine, and he said that as soon as he started learning about French food and cooking techniques, he was in love and he knew this is exactly the food he loved the most and the cooking. There are rules for almost everything he mentioned, and you can tweak things to your liking, but the methods are so well in place. Chef Big spent time learning and cooking in Switzerland before returning home to Thailand to start his own restaurant which is literally in their home on the top of their family print shop warehouse.

This Bangkok restaurant is a Chef’s Table style dining experience, where Chef Big, his brother, and their team, assemble a set meal of gourmet French food and serve course by course.

The food was spectacular, one of the most memorable French meals I’ve had. I especially loved the exploding pastry soup, and the Beef Wellington.

Truly an amazing French meal and entire experience in the heart of industrial Bangkok, Thailand!

LA Historic Food Tour - BEST PASTRAMI and PRIME RIB | Top Restaurants in Los Angeles, USA!

►SUBSCRIBE for 2 new videos per week:
►T-shirts and caps available now:

Los Angeles has some incredible historical restaurants, and on this tour I’m taking you on a classic food tour of Los Angeles!

Here are the restaurants I tried during this food tour:

1. Langer's Delicatessen - Open since 1947 Langer’s Deli is an icon of Los Angeles, and after eating there for the first time, I know for sure it’s a must eat destination in LA. They have an entire menu of different sandwiches and dishes, but I knew exactly I wanted to eat the #19 Pastrami Sandwich. The sandwich came with hand-cut pastrami on rye, and an almost equal ratio of coleslaw, which is one of the parts that makes it unique. Along with the warm melt in your mouth pastrami, the coleslaw was cool and crisp, making the perfect contrast. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life at Langer's Delicatessen.
Price - $18.95

Philippe The Original - Next stop, and not too far away in downtown Los Angeles, another timeless classic, Philippe The Original open since 1908. I ordered the beef dip (double dip), one of their signature dishes. The beef was pretty good, and they dipped their bread into the beef juices before serving it. For me it wasn’t nearly as good as the pastrami sandwich, but it was pretty good.
Price - $8.50

Cielito Lindo - Open since 1934 Cielito Lindo is known for their rolled taquitos. I ordered #3 - 2 Taquitos, 1 Chile Relleno, plate combo. The location is pretty cool, in downtown Los Angeles, and it’s another classic legendary restaurant. Overall, the taquitos were ok, but the tortilla wrapper was a little on the thick side for me. The avocado salsa though was pretty good.
Price - $7.50

Lawry's the Prime Rib - Finally for dinner, and it was a dinner I was hugely looking forward to we went to Lawry's the Prime Rib, open since 1938. There are few restaurants in Los Angeles as classic and as much of a location in LA as Lawry’s (actually in Beverly Hills). As soon as you step into the door, you know you’re somewhere special, it really is a throwback in time. I knew for sure I wanted the prime rib and after having a tossed salad a bread, they wheeled out the space shuttle looking carts full of juicy prime rib and sliced us off a chunk. The prime rib was incredibly juicy, tender, and full of extra meat juices. Not only was the food delicious, but it was a really special atmosphere.
Total price (for 2) - $110.60

What an incredible day of food in Los Angeles! I still can’t decide what was my favorite - the pastrami or the prime rib.

Eating ENTIRE Huge FLORENTINE STEAK in Florence Italy

My first time in Florence Italy and as soon as I got off the train from Venice, I had to find a restaurant that serves the traditional Florentine steak. This cut of steak is leaner than most other steaks I've had, especially the A5 wagyu in Japan.

I got the T bone which gave me two different cuts of steak meat and the tenderloin part was just mind blowingly delicious. The steak had a huge beef flavor and the tenderloin part of the steak was just the most tender steak ever.

The restaurant:

????ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but currently call Vietnam home. I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.

If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.
