Agora Churrascaria, Irvine's new Brazilian-style steakhouse, and enter a different world. All of the meats are prepared and cooked as they have been for centuries: seasoned with rock salt to accent the individual tastes of each cut, and slow-roasted over an open flame mesquite charcoal pit.

Caesar salad, spinach berry salad, grilled vegetables, baby beets, gravlax, hearts of palm, shrimp cocktail, potato salad, sliced tomatoes with fresh mozzarella, tabbouleh, sautéed shiitake, yogurt apple, roasted eggplant, broccoli cauliflower salad, cinnamon pineapple, tomato vinaigrette (salsa) and a selection of cold cuts and fine cheeses, among other choices

I think I'm getting too old, didn't eat as much as I would have liked. There was a lot more beef offerings e.g. short ribs, beef cheese, chicken wings, salmon etc that wasn't caught on film. Probably one of the better buffet options in Shanghai. Worth a try if you're a carnivore like us.
