The movie is based on the book Up in the air by American Novelist Walter Kirn. The movies bring out questions and emotions related to living a life that is constantly on the move.
2. BEFORE SUNRISE (1995): This movie is actually a part of a trilogy – Before Sunrise, Before Sunset and Before Midnight. However, Netflix has only the first one. While talking to each other in the lanes of Vienna, they share stories and form a beautiful connection.

This biographical film is an account of the experience of the author in Tibet between 1944 and 1951 where he spends time with a young Dalai Lama. Although the movie is about Tibet; it has been shot in Argentina and British Columbia.
4. INTO THE WILD (2007): This is also another great travel movies on Netflix. The movie is based on a true story of an American hiker, Christopher Johnson McCandless, also known by the pseudonym Alexander Supertramp.
The story chases Christopher as he sets out on a road trip through the USA before ending up in Alaska.
5. EASY RIDER (1969): The movie is a motorcycle travelogue that follows the main characters on their journey from Mexico to Los Angeles to New Orleans. The film is shot across varied landscapes including desert landscapes and towns. I feel this is one of the best travel movies on Netflix right now.
6. EAT PRAY LOVE (2010): This is one of the most celebrated travel movies. The movie is based on the book Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. The movie takes you on the self-discovery journey of a woman as she goes off on her journey around the world. A must watch for all those who love to travel.
7. RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK (1981): Indiana Jones series has to be on every traveller's bucket list. Although the series has 4 movies, on Netflix you can watch the first in the series- Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. This classic is considered to be one of the best travel films of all time. So, if you haven’t watched it yet, you must do it now.
8. ZINDAGI NA MILEGI DOBARA (2011): The movie is synonymous to Spain. The plot takes you on a road trip adventure of three friends through Spain as they discover themselves in the process. The movie has some stunning visuals and adventures that among others include sea diving, sky falls and Tomatina festival.
9. QUEEN (2014): This again is a simple yet heartwarming Bollywood film that takes the protagonist on a solo trip to Europe where she discovers her own identity. The movie is a wonderful depiction of a woman’s journey as she explores friendships and learns to be independent.

The flash of orange and yellow aspen are the tell tale sign that Father Winter is clawing his way south for the season and that icy grip is only a few sunsets away. Dwindling days crank up the urgency levels for the outdoorsman and quarry alike, be it the bugling elk or rising trout. The breathing collective buckles down to make the last bundles of hay while the sun is shining. For my first time, fall in the White mountains was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. If you let the changing shades of the diverse topography control your gaze, you will no doubt be surprised by a thunder bound sucker punch waiting just over the ridge. This shoulder will throw every season your direction, and in 15 minutes it will all change again. Prepare to shiver, and sweat, burn from the sun, and get soaked in the rain.
But don’t let that dissuade.. if Colorado was a cinnamon roll, someone stole the center and plopped it down in this desert state. The fishy icing on top would be the opportunity to hold one of the worlds rarest species of trout.. Folks this is going to be a few days fly fishing Arizona.

The Tao Te Ching (pronounced Dao De Jing) was a book of wisdom written for kings by a sage named Lao-Tzu, circa 500BC China. Much like the book of Proverbs found in the Biblical canon, the truths found in the Tao Te Ching are universal and timeless. But it's not just the east which was, and still is influenced by this great work. The Tao Te Ching resonates deeply with many of the Christian mystics as well, from antiquity to modern times. The Tao is not a religion. Its literal translation is The Way. A way of seeing, a way of being. In the Chinese translation of the New Testament, when Christ refers to The Way, their word for it is The Tao. Ritual and religion is the husk of true faith. These are one of the proverbs found in the book. So regardless of your religious background, or whether you believe in God or not, you will still find wonderful truths about life put into the simplest of words. Truths about leadership, patience, love and creativity. So share this link with those you love. It is a gift to the world, and we are lucky to be living in a time like this where such things can be shared. The world needs healing. Surviving Wyoming's Fireball Peak ????????
■ WYOMING, BIG HORN MOUNTAINS: The day before embarking on my solo hiking adventure up the tongue river canyon, I stopped at Wyoming's Fish and Game department's offices in Sheridan. I had only one question in mind; the rattle snake situation in the Big Horn mountain range.
With zero cell service in the area and hours by foot to the nearest town if anything was to go down, I wanted to figure out how likely a meeting with America's most feared snake really was. The woman I spoke to at the office flat out said she does not venture into the tongue river canyon at all this time a year due to said snake. She waits for colder weather when the snakes have set up shop in their winter caves.
She also said some friends of hers had hiked the trail a week prior and seen a rattle snake literally 3 minutes into their adventure. That was kind of the answer I expected though.
And seeing as cancelling my hike was not an option I'd just have to thread very carefully.
So off I went, somewhat nervous, but in high spirits, blissfully unaware that this was about to become the greatest hike I've ever undertaken... and that by the end of the day I would've named and survived a new mountain called Fireball Peak ????
