MSC Seaside New Ship Issues Cruise Ship Inspections! Carnival Double Fail! The Carnival Vista and the Carnival Breeze both failed their latest surprise onboard inspections. The CDC said that dozens of issues were found incliding the fact that members of the crew were attempting to hide carts full of debris in their crew quarters to thwart the inspectors. MSC Seaside the new ship just launched in Miami less than 3 weeks ago has been running into new ship teething issues. Reports from departing passangers are not good as problems with toilets, leaking sinks and loud banging noises from below decks are causing issues with passangers.
