DIY Simple/Easy/Cheap Porch/Bench Swing with 2x4's
Old swing broke and I don't have any good tools but I was still able to build a very simple swing from scratch. You will not find an easier swing to build anywhere, no rounded edges, and no fancy tools. 1 cheap saw can do it all. Everything was built with 2x4's and 3 posts. The A-frame is cheaper to build but to me it didn't seem as strong/sturdy and a little more difficult to build. Anybody can build this swing! It can cost anywhere from $100-$200 depending on the materials you choose to buy, I went heavier wood and a very heavy chain. Simple, cheap, and easy DIY swing project that anyone can build in a weekend.

Welcome to The LaHave Cabin, an oceanfront modern Scandinavian tiny home located in Nova Scotia! The original structure of this Airbnb was built in the 1800s and served as the kitchen for the main house.
The exterior has a wood-powered hot tub, a lounge area, and a hammock all just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean! The interior is in the 300-400 sqft range and has a very well-equipped kitchen, a sizable living room, and a bedroom loft space with a queen mattress.

VAN TOUR | Our DIY Tiny Home for Van Life | INCREDIBLE Conversion with Murphy Bed
The time has finally come to share all of the features of our self-built van conversion after 6 months of building through the winter (would not recommend a winter build)!
We wanted to build a van with as much flexibility as possible, as our Transit is the mid-roof, non-extended length model. Our main priority was ensuring the space we had was multi-functional and used as best as possible, which is why we settled on installing a murphy bed. With the bed up, we have a beautiful, spacious living room complete with an L-shaped bench and tons of storage underneath. When the bed folds down, it feels like a COMPLETELY different van complete with wall storage and shelves behind the bed. The bed is a full-sized double, but it feels bigger than that due to the layout and space around the mattress.
Fitting a wet bathroom was not an option for our van build, so we carry a porta-potti under our bench and purchased a swivel faucet for our sink to wash up outside of the van if necessary. We also carry a solar shower for more intensive showers.

[Van Tour] DIY Cozy Tiny Home Van Build - 2019 Mercedes Sprinter

Welcome to our self-converted DIY 2019 Mercedes Sprinter 170” high top camper van (Gasoline engine) van tour!
It took us 3 months to build this Sprinter van. We spend a lot of time planning & designing the layout of the van to make it work for our lifestyle. Because the plan was to live and work out of the van full time, we wanted a layout that was suited for both work and play.
Storage and cooking was very important for us, so we designed the layout to maximize having lot of storage space, while still being open, feel without the feeling of a cramped space. Our 2 (pretty big) dogs are also traveling with us, so we had to be conscious of that too while planning. We were able to fit SO MUCH in such a small space! All in all, we liked how our van came out, and we’re super proud of our build!
We’ve been living in this van full time since early 2021. Currently we’re traveling around the US in our home on wheels with our 2 dogs, finding new adventure and experiences along the way.

LUXURY OFF-GRID GLAMPING TIPI! (Full Airbnb Glamping Tipi Tour)
The Bellfire Tipi is located on Bellfire Farm in Roxbury, New York- about 4 hours outside of New York City. This is a luxury off-grid glamping experience in a traditional Native American tipi!
On the outside, the tipi sits next to a babbling brook and has a hammock, a fire pit, a grill, and several chairs on property. On the inside, the host did an incredible job on designing the interior ranging from hanging lanterns, to a gorgeous chiminea in the middle, to the traditional Indian drums and wool blankets.
This is by far one of the most unique accommodations I've ever stayed at. I highly suggest it for someone looking for an outdoor glamping experience with a hint of luxury.
