This new image-based video clip about Budapest is the result of an international collaboration between the Russian TimeLab video studio and the world-famous Hungarian musician, Havasi. In the video we see sleepy Budapest trams crossing the Széchenyi chain bridge.. dawn over the Danube River.. the majestic layout of the city from a bird's eye view... the glittering lights of Budapest by night... and the sunset over St Stephen's Basilica... and all this juxtaposed with the astounding music of Havasi.
The music in the clip is Havasi's track 'Golden Eagle’. It catches the special atmosphere, the amazing feeling of flight – and the underlying nobility of the city.
The project isn't their first collaboration with the Russian team. Last year, the Hungarians viewed a film Timelab had made about winter in St Petersburg - and suggested using the footage in one of their clips. This is how their Houdini's Dream project came about.
Our video team were extremely impressed with Budapest – it's a phenomenal city. It's soaked up the best of many of Europe's greatest cities. Look closely at the architecture, and you find something of everything – a little bit of Paris, a bit of St Petersburg, snippets of London... What really blew us away was the Chain Bridge over the Danube – it's an iconic symbol of the city. There are no restrictions on filming with drones in Budapest, The Hungarian state authorities and city administration are very laid-back about all that, and want to share what they have with tourists. It meant we had complete creative freedom.
Filmed on a Zenmuse X7 camera, attached to a DJI Inspire 2 drone.
The Timelab team are setting out on a whole series of international projects. “Upcoming we have Hong Kong, Switzerland, Rome, and Paris. We want to film in the Middle East countries, as well as China, and start to film in Africa. Creative art videos of world destinations are our passion. We aim to create a documentary film portrait for every corner of our amazing planet.

The journey of Cities in 4K continues through Budapest, an amazing city who occupies both banks of river Danube. It is the largest and the capital city of Hungary and one of the largest cities in EU.

Budapest is the capital city of Hungary, known for its stunning architecture, thermal baths and the iconic Danbue River. The city is divided by the Danube River into two parts: Buda and Pest.
Buda is known for its historic hills and castles, while Pest is the bustling, modern part of the City.
This Video was recorded in Pest. You also see the beautiful Chain Bridge, which is one of Budapests iconic landmarks. I also walk by the beautiful St. Stephan Basilica. It is named after the first King of Hungary, St. Stephen. Of course, Andrássy út, where the beautiful opera house is located, should not be missing from this video.

We recorded this 4k ultra hd video during our trip to Budapest, Hungary on May 2022.
The capital city of Hungary, Budapest, was created through the unification of the separate historic towns of Buda, Pest and Óbuda in 1873. The Danube River, a source of inspiration for many artists, divided Buda and Pest. In this tour we explore Pest on the east bank of the Danube River.
Pest is the younger part of the capital and it was the fastest growing city in the last decade of the 19th century.
Our guided walking tour is about 6.2 miles (10 km) long, starts at Hungarian Parliament and covers most attractions and historic sites of Budapest.

Budapest is the capital of Hungary and runs along the Danube, which certainly also contributes to the beautiful charm of this city. This city always amazes me with its charm. I love this city!
In this video I go for a walk in the city center and visit some of the nice shopping streets as well as the beautiful St. Stephen's Basilica and the Széchenyi Chain Bridge. The bridge has received a thorough renovation and now shines again in full splendor for pedestrians. Of course, Budapest's boulevard Andrássy út should not be missing in this video, as well as the beautiful Opera and the famous shopping street Váci utca. Budapest has about 1.7 million inhabitants on an area of 525.13 km². Budapest has 23 districts, just like Vienna. The unified municipality of Budapest was created in 1873 by merging the previously independent cities of Buda, Óbuda, both west of the Danube, and Pest, east of the Danube. The highest elevation in Budapest is the 527 meter high János Hill (Hungarian János-hegy), which is part of the Buda Hills. Due to its inland location and the shielding effect of the mountains, Budapest has a relatively dry continental climate with cold winters and warm summers. As the capital of a unitary state, Budapest is the seat of government and the political center of Hungary. The official residence of the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister are located here.

In questo video vi facciamo vedere cosa è possibile fare in 3 giorni a Budapest. Le attrazioni più famose della città come il Bastione dei pescatori che offre una vista panoramica sensazionale e il castello di Buda con la sua cittadella. Il Parlamento di Budapest e la Basilica di S. Stefano. Fino ad arrivare sull’isola Margherita per rilassarci un attimo nel pieno della tranquillità. Un esperienza assolutamente da non perdere è una crociera sul Danubio. In fase di prenotazione puoi decidere quale esperienza fare, se una semplice crociera a prezzi irrisori o addirittura cena con musica e danze tradizionali. Per la cena il posto al finestrino è prenotabile ad un prezzo maggiorato. Abbiamo visitato il mercato centrale, ottima sosta pranzo e il caffè più stiloso al mondo, Il New York Cafè (prezzi improponibili!!)
