Limone is one of the most popular destinations on Lake Garda and is the only tourist resort located on the northwestern side of the lake. A beautiful and wonderful time is autumn. It gives the last warm days of the year, paints everything around in amazing and fabulous colors. We are going to school, where we will get new knowledge and meet old friends. I really love autumn, because it always gives new impressions and adventures.
The three autumn months are completely different from each other. September is warm and beautiful, October is cool and rainy, and November is frosty and cold. But they all bring us something new. I like each of them in its own way. It is autumn that gives us Indian summer and torrential thunderstorms, the first frosts and the last warmth.
In autumn, nature is preparing for winter rest. Forest dwellers stock up on provisions, and trees shed their leaves. People are harvesting crops from fields and vegetable gardens. Autumn is very rich in various gifts of nature. Ripe apples and pears, large pumpkins and delicious carrots, healthy nuts. All this gives us this time of the year. Very often, autumn is called rich and generous. The sun still warms the earth, and heavy rains wash the trees and flowers.
I like to walk on fallen leaves, pick chestnuts and walk through the autumn forest. Sometimes it seems to me that when autumn comes, a fairy tale knocks on our doors. And now the trees are coming to life and are going to the autumn ball. All of them are in magnificent and elegant dresses. And the leaves are spinning and flying to the ground smoothly and easily. Flowers arrange their own balls. Every plant is waiting for winter and enjoying the last days of the sun's warmth.
The end of autumn comes in November. The first snowflakes fly to the ground, and the air becomes frosty and cold. All nature meets winter. I will remember with sadness the cobwebs of Indian summer, a bouquet of yellowed leaves and autumn holidays at school. But autumn comes every year. It gives us its splendor and beauty again. And all people are looking forward to this time of harvests and fun.

Prague 4k walk: Back Streets - Folimanka Park - Náplavka - Vltava ???????? Czech Republic HDR ASMR

In this Prague 4k walk, we will continue moving through the back streets from Folimanka Park to Náplavka, Vltava river.

Folimanka is a Prague park located on the border between Vinohrady, Nuslí and Nové Město, in the area between the Botič stream, the Novoměstské hradbé and Bělehradská street in Nuselské údolí. The park got its name from the no longer existing homestead and vineyard, whose first owner was Jakub Foliman (Forman). The first mention in the vineyard books appears in 1353. Approximately 100 years later, an apricot orchard is also mentioned in the records in addition to the vineyard. It is also said in the work of Vilém Mrštík (Santa Lucia) as an area under the walls in Nuslí. The Society for the Establishment of a Children's Orthopedic Pavilion in Prague bought the estate and land in 1918 and wanted to repair it for this purpose. However, this plan was never realized, and the estate was demolished in the 1960s. There are no traces left of it, just like the former mill drive, the Nuselský lower mill, and the Nuselské SK football field, which already existed before the First World War. In 1930, new apartment buildings were built here, creating Na Folimance street and Fričova street leading to the Nuselské stairs. Upstairs, next to Karlov and the side steps opposite Budča to Bělehradská street, the Na Folimance swimming pool was built with an open pool, still operating for the public in the sixties of the 20th century. The Folimanka homestead was demolished during the construction of the Nuselský bridge in 1969. The park crosses the Nuselský bridge, a traffic artery of the capital, at the height of about forty meters.

Náplavka is a coastal area or road at a lower level than the embankment itself.
Rašínovo nábřeží is currently the most attractive and socially lively area on the banks of the river in the central part of Prague. Visitors have a beautiful view of the Hradčany skyline, which tourists often seek after. The Rašín embankment area, or rather its embankment, offers an endless number of activities during the year, from regular farmers' markets to sports, cultural and gastronomic events. In the reconstructed initial dungeons, shops, cafes, and bars are in the embankment wall.
Náplavka nábřeží is a continuous space in the section between the peninsula of Vyšehrad rock near Výton and Jirásek bridge near Žofín.
The premises vaulted into the embankment wall of the Rašínov embankment and the Hořejší nábřeží, the so-called KOBKY, which in the past served as a repository for floating material on the Vltava, underwent gradual reconstruction and were ceremoniously opened in October 2019. The rebuilding of historic dungeons into cafes and galleries breathed new life into Prague's floodplains. The rebuilding of the jails has gained worldwide attention and received several prestigious international awards. Visually and artistically, the most visible addition is large round windows, which function as revolving pivot doors, in addition to the arched vault of the six dungeons on Rašínovo nábřeží. The windows leading to the dungeons are the largest of their kind in the world.
