Sotol is an alcoholic beverage typically found in the deserts of Northern Mexico. It almost disappeared in the late 2000s but has now been recovered and although it isn't mass produced and bottled it does remain as a specialty. It's stronger and less sweeter than tequila, and this one in particular has a little twist to it...
