The best spot to visit in Boracay Island is the White Beach. It has the finest sand and pristine blue waters compared to other beaches in the island. This 4 kilometer stretch of white sand beach is divided into 3 sections - Stations 1, 2 and 3. Most of the hotels in Station 1 are a bit expensive to other stations. However, Station 1 is said to be the most beautiful compared to Stations 2 & 3.

This is a walking tour that starts from White Beach Station 2 and goes all the way North, to the Station 1.

Boracay is a small island in the central Philippines. It's known for its resorts and beaches. Along the west coast, White Beach is backed by palm trees, bars and restaurants. On the east coast, strong winds make Bulabog Beach a hub for water sports. White Beach is divided into 3 sections: Station 1, 2 and 3. The total lenght of the beach in 5 kilometers.

Although the beach has the whitest sand, the water though may have sargassum during the peak season. This has been a recurring issue during the latest years.

We stayed in Sur Boracay for a night during our visit in the island on July 2019. We were grateful that we booked this station 1 beach resort as the room we had was very clean, neat and at par with high-end beach resorts in Boracay. The complimentary buffet breakfast was good and all the staff are welcoming and accommodating. Sur Boracay is one among the few beach resorts in Boracay that have beach beds. It offers a wide shore with fine white sands and crystal clear water.
