First Time Experiencing IV Vitamin Drip Therapy in Spain
IV Vitamin drip therapy was developed in the US as a wellness procedure. By taking supplements as pills we absorb only 30% and through intravenous therapy we absorb 100% as the nutrients are delivered straight into our bloodstream. This was something very challenging for me because I am terrified by needles. However, this therapy was something I decided to try in Marbella, Spain. I went to a great Anti-Aging Clinic.
Only after a very careful examination by a dr and after taking a blood test I was hooked into an IV. It was not as scary as I thought.
It was totally worth. I felt calm and balanced.
