Machining is widely used in all kinds of industries from a small volume to mass, depend on the process requirements. It is also a way to be self-reliant for those who are entrepreneurs willing to invest and startups. Machining is any of the various processes in which a piece of raw material is cut into a desired final shape and size by a controlled material removal process. The processes that have this common theme, controlled material removal, are today collectively known as subtractive manufacturing, in distinction from processes of controlled material addition, which are known as additive manufacturing. Exactly what the controlled part of the definition implies can vary, but it almost always implies the use of machine tools (in addition to just power tools and hand tools).
Machining is a part of the manufacture of many metal products, but it can also be used on materials such as wood, plastic, ceramic, and composites. A person who specializes in machining is called a machinist. A room, building, or company where machining is done is called a machine shop. Much of modern-day machining is carried out by computer numerical control (CNC), in which computers are used to control the movement and operation of the mills, lathes, and other cutting machines. This increases efficiency, as the CNC machine runs unmanned therefore reducing labor costs for machine shops.

Installing a Pioneer Mini-split A/C on our Skoolie! | A/C PART I
Just in time for summer: we installed a Pioneer mini-split A/C unit on our Skoolie! Putting an A/C on a rolling vehicle presented some unique challenges that probably wouldn't happen on a home installation. Mike had to figure out a way to pass all the tubes and wiring through the outer skin of the bus and make it all completely water-tight. He had to use brass fittings to make right angles in tight areas that would have kinked the copper tubing. And of course, we also had to build the entire upper front section of the bus to install the interior part of the air conditioning unit.

I wanted to show you a simple way to heat water
1. The length of the wire: - if a wire is longer, the moving electrons have further to go, so there is a more chance of an electron colliding with an atom. Increasing the length of a wire increases its resistance.
2. The thickness of the wire: - the moving electrons in a current are spread out over a greater area. There is less chance of an electron colliding with an atom, so more current can flow. Increasing the thickness of a wire decreases its resistance.
3. The temperature of the wire: - if the wires temperature is higher, its atoms vibrate more, each one moving around a fixed centre. There is more chance of electrons colliding with the vibrating atoms, so less current can flow. An increase in temperature increases the resistance of a wire.

Coolceil Radiant Chilled Ceilings are as durable as, and visually indistinguishable from standard metal suspended ceilings. Using water as the heat transfer medium, absorbs and removes heat from an occupied space as it flows through the system.
Coolceil Radiant Chilled Ceilings provide between 45 and 65 W/m² (net) of cooling capacity. They radiate cooling downwards and provide quiet, draft free comfort cooling to occupants.
Coolceil Radiant Chilled Ceilings can be used in conjunction with Chilled Beams to meet additional cooling requirements (e.g. solar gain around glazed elevations).

Marine Engine Exhaust Design is not a simple matter as there is so much to take into consideration such as water level, raw water mixing height and Exhaust muffler and siphoning issues.
