Cascade Ponds is a popular spot in Banff National Park offering a beautiful day use area that has fire pits, picnic tables and toilets.

This is a group of lakes located next to the Icefields Parkway in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

Castle Mountain is the easternmost mountain of the Main Ranges in the Bow Valley.

Lake Minnewanka is fed by the Cascade River, flowing east of Cascade Mountain, and runs south through Stewart Canyon as it empties into the western end of the lake.

All of the videos on our channel are personally created and edited by us. Our desire is to tell a beautiful story using sight and sound visuals. Enjoy one of the most famous vistas in the world, captured on a perfect summer morning. We stroll along the scenic shore to the where the glacial meltwater rushes down the mountain into a gentle delta feeding the lake. On our return, the lake shares more of its sun-lit picturesque views as canoers glide by. Along the way I provide some history, information on popular trails, and logistics if you plan to visit.
