BOTSWANA TRAVEL DOCUMENTARY | 4x4 Safari Road Trip feat. Victoria Falls
Follow us on our road trip safari through southern Africa's wildlife paradise Botswana. We drove through most of Botswana, including all the wildlife-rich areas like the Moremi Game Reserve, Chobe Nationalpark including the Chobe Riverfront and the Kalahari. We explored the Makgadikgadi salt pans in the center of the country, the Gcwihaba Caverns in the West and the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park in the south. We also shortly ventured into Zimbabwe to marvel upon the majestic Victoria Falls. We were lucky enough to spot most of the big, and many small, animals which call Botswana home. These include elephants, giraffes, lions, hippos, kudus, oryx, ostriches, honey badgers, bat-eared foxes, serval cats, warthogs, springboks, impalas and many more.

Join us on a self-drive safari in Botswana, where we were charged by hippo & elephant, found an adult male lion with a fresh kill, sat with lion cubs and filmed everything from termites to giraffe.
Our route took us through Chobe, Savuti, Moremi, Khwai, Xanakaxa, Mababe and Victoria Falls.
We find plenty of lions, hippo, elephant, wild dog and got some great footage on our night cameras of hyena & honey badger. One amazing Botswana safari with the impressive Toyota Land Cruisers from 'Travel Adventures Botswana', itinerary & planning by Tawana Self Drive.

SAFARI in BOTSWANA: Reisgids voor 4x4 camper ROAD TRIP met ALLE dieren!
Welkom in Afrika en welkom in het natuurparadijs! Botswana is een van de beste landen ter wereld voor safaritochten. In deze video zie je ons kleine gezin op een avontuurlijke roadtrip in een 4x4 camper. Door het slechte weer hebben we onderweg wat pech, maar in Afrika is hulp altijd dichtbij. De hevige regenval maakt de uitdaging om Botswana te doorkruisen wat zwaarder, maar het lukt ons om alle Afrikaanse dieren in de Nationale Parken te vinden.
In de voorgaande afleveringen zag je hoe we begonnen aan de roadtrip in Kaapstad Zuid-Afrika. Van daaruit reden we de Cape Namibia Route langs de westkust om dieren te zoeken in de Kalahari-woestijn. Daarna staken we de grens over naar Namibië, waar we dwars door de hoogste zandduinen ter wereld reden in de Sossusvlei. We hebben alle bezienswaardigheden in Namibië gezien en zijn op safari gegaan in Etosha National Park. Na Botswana vervolgen we de roadtrip door Zimbabwe en het Kruger National Park, om uiteindelijk de camper weer in Johannesburg Zuid-Afrika af te leveren.
Onze reis door Afrika is onderdeel van een anderhalf jaar durende reis rond de wereld. We kunnen zelfs voor onbepaalde tijd blijven reizen. Op nieuwjaarsdag zijn we begonnen op Lanzarote en Fuerteventura, de Canarische Eilanden. Dan zag je ons in Oman, Kaapverdië, Martinique, Saint Lucia, Tobago, Grenada, de Bahama’s, de Verenigde Staten, Mexico, Ecuador, de Galapagoseilanden, Brazilië, Qatar, Thailand, Indonesië, Vietnam, Maleisië, Australië, de Filipijnen , Zanzibar & Tanzania, Zuid-Afrika en Namibië, Botswana is al bestemming nummer 24 op de grote reis. Wij zijn inmiddels ook al ruim een jaar van huis. Volg ons op deze wereldtournee, eerst in Botswana en daarna naar nog veel meer mooie bestemmingen in Afrika! In Augustus 2018 heb ik deze bijzondere (off) road trip door #Namibië / #Namibia en #Botswana mogen meemaken. Speciaal voor het 25-jarige huwelijk van mijn ouders zijn we nog één allerlaatste keer met z'n vieren op reis gegaan. Voor mijn ouders gelijk ook de eerste keer buiten Europa. Het was een reis om nooit meer te vergeten!! Met als highlights: Sossusvlei, Deadvlei, Etosha National Park, Chobe National Park, de Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe en Moremi National Park/Moremi Game Reserve. Plekken waar we onwijs veel mooie dingen hebben mogen zien. Geniet met ons mee!
