Little Pipe Cay - A once in a lifetime incredible private island for sale

Little Pipe Cay is a very rare, freehold, private island for sale in the most beautiful part of the Exumas island chain.

With raw natural beauty as a foundation, the current owners have, over the last 15 years, thoughtfully moulded and created the perfect private island home in one of the most naturally beautiful island chains in the world.

Little Pipe Cay is the crown jewel of the Exumas and one of top private islands in the Bahamas, if not in the Caribbean

A number of thoughtfully located and positioned houses and cottages are spread across the island for principal, family and wider family or guest use. All have incredible seascape views and some overlook or are one the edge of one of the pristine private beaches.

There is scope to add further accommodation if needed.

A sea barn contains boats and water sports equipment and there are several hundred feet of dock frontage to accommodate small and large boats, with a deeper draft dock by the operations end of the island. There are a number of suitable surrounding locations to moor a super yacht.

Discreetly tucked away at the far end of the island is a large staff and operations village, warehousing and stores.

Location information:

The island is accessed directly by sea plane from the private Odyssey Terminal on New Providence, adjoining the International Airport at Nassau, where there are 10 commercial flights a day from Miami.

Private planes or charters can also land at Staniel Cay close by, where a short, but beautiful boat ride connects to the island.

Little Pipe Cay is circa 70 miles from Nassau, 270 miles from Miami and 270 Miles from Palm Beach.

Things To Do in Bora Bora

Amy and I love traveling and we chose Bora Bora as the ultimate place for our 30th anniversary. We stayed in an over-the-water bungalow at the world-famous St. Regis Bora Bora and were totally impressed.
During our 10-day stay we did a lot of things including jet skiing, snorkeling, standup paddleboarding, fine dining, and ride bikes, both on the land and in the water. We also swam with sharks and stingrays, rented a car to check out the center main island, did lots of chilling and even rented a private plan for a few hours to go sightseeing.
So, here are our recommendations of the best things to do in Bora Bora on your vacation.
Although we loved walking around the property at our resort, the most-fun way go get around is by bicycle. There are approximately a dozen resorts in Bora Bora, and most of them have bikes available for guests to move around the property. Our over-the-water-bungalow at the St. Regis included the complimentary use of two bikes, and we probably rode them 10 to 15 miles during our 10-day stay. The bikes are a lot of fun and extremely relaxing. Trust me, these bike are your friend!
We also recommend riding personal watercraft, such as a Bombardier Sea-Doo, Kawasaki Jet Ski or Yamaha WaveRunner when in Bora Bora. The water during our stay in March was 85 degrees Fahrenheit and it’s absolutely perfect. An organized tour like the one we went on costs about $350 per couple and lasts about two hours. We chose this over a sunset cruise because we wanted some type of adrenalin rush mixed into our vacation.
One of our favorite things to do on vacation is to snorkel, and most resorts offer free use of mask and fins. We snorkeled directly in front of our over-the-water-bungalow, and also in the St. Regis Lagoonarium. The Lagoonarium is a several-acre spot that is full of 120 different species of fish and coral, and ideally suited for viewing. Amy and I spent about two hours in the water, and the concentration of undersea life was fairly robust. There are all sorts of companies that offer snorkeling tours, but we opted for the more casual and relaxed method and never had any regrets. We did go swimming with sharks and stingrays, and we will show you that later in this video.
Without a doubt, one of the most-relaxing things to do in Bora Bora is to simply float on an inflatable toy. Amy was smart enough to bring a 100-foot of rope so we can simply tie off to our bungalow and not drive too far with the current. This was absolutely the best, but make sure you wear a lot of sunscreen and keep applying throughout the day because the sun reflects off the water and white sand with more intensity than at most other beaches.
Amy’s favorite part of our Bora Bora vacation was swimming with the sharks and stingrays. We stopped at three separate spots, the first of which was a shallow reef with a wide variety of colorful fish. We saw a few thousand fish during our 30-minute stay, and even saw this amazing eal. Our group featured five other couples and a guide that was born and raised in Bora Bora.
I brought along my GoPro 11 and played with a variety of settings. Having a quality underwater camera is a must in Bora Bora, and if you don’t want to spend the money on a GoPro, companies like Pelican make incredible cases for phones that are very capable of helping you create lasting memories. So take note, swimming with sharks is a must for any Bora Bora vacation.
The high-end bar on the property of the St. Regis is incredible and we went there a half dozen times to begin most evenings. The view at the 727 Bar at sunset was amazing. The 727 in the name comes from the 727-meter high Mount Otemanu, the highest point on Bora Bora. Service is also top notch and every evening there is a ceremony to open the first bottle of champagne with a sword. This was done by a different person every night and was a cool tradition that we looked forward to each evening as the sun was going down.
Without a doubt, sunset is the most-popular time on the dock. The colors are absolutely stunning, and the temperature is perfect all year round. Even though weather apps will show lots of rain, the rain mostly falls at night.
The highlight of the trip for me was a private plane flight. Amy and I originally booked a helicopter tour, but they had to cancel for maintenance. I am a private pilot and found someone on another island who was willing to let me take the controls for about 75 minutes. The owner of the plane only spoke French so it was one of my most-interesting flights to say the least. The plane also only had two seats, so Amy stayed back at the resort. Amy is absolutely amazing!

Lobster on the grill full prep - French Polynesia Maupiti 4K

Welcome to Maupiti If you watch videos in my channel you know this is not the first video from French Polinesia and in many occasions people are asking me what did you do there? they are saying im not sure I would like to go there for vacations becasue its in the middle of nowhere and nothing to do. how the people make a living ? The answers are easy but hard to understand for some people because the living is so divert from the rest of the world. This video is going to show you little part of my regular day in Maupiti. You wake up in the morning and sun is giving you electricity. Sea is giving you food, you just need to go fishing.

My favourite sea food is lobster. In other part of the world lobster is very expensive and rare to buy fresh, here lobster is a day by day manu option. Im living with this family here in airbnb house, link in the description below. perhaps you want to come here one day. They offer to prepare the food for me but I really like to do it myself. I like cooking overall but my best thing to cook is lobster.

In this video you are gong to see how easy is it to prepare. In the comment section below tell me how do you liker to prepare your type of lobster. please subscribe, like and share the video. Also if you like follow me on my instagram.

The vain I just remove is only one part you should not eat. Of course the meat is the best part but you can also eat the internal organs which im removing, I just don’t find them tasty. The lobster has got brain which is like gel, I’m going to clean it out soon too. Some people Bol the lobsters before grilling but I prefer to grill it with a lot of butter which makes it nice and tender.

The host of the house is Oliwia and her husband is going fishing in to this waters twice a day, in the morning he is catching lunch and in the afternoon fishing for the dinner. apart that he need to look after the house thats his day by day duty.

Im using a lot of garlic, I know its not the best for kissing but is great for your health because it is a natural antibiotic. When you squeeze butter between the meat and the shell I guarantee you the lobster will be moist and soft. Im in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and im really lucky today, I have cold beer which is not easy to get here. The most important in making perfect lobster is to calculate the time of grilling, this one is around 1 Kg/ 2 pounds and I will grill it for about 10 minutes.

My next video is going to be the last one from Maupiti you will see how easy is to catch dinner going from a to b. I will also show you this unique Maupiti airport which is located on the small island.

Welcome to Maupiti If you watch videos in my channel you know this is not the first video from French Polinesia

Royal Caribbean Goes Adults Only at Private Island

Cruise news today. Royal Caribbean’s new adults-only area on Perfect Day called Hideaway Beach will start to welcome guests in January 2024. The new destination will provide an atmosphere for adults seeking relaxation away from family activities. Features include over an acre of white sand beach, in-water hammocks, a live DJ by the pool, and two levels of cabanas—some with their own plunge pools. Dining options range from tropical pizzas to burgers, and multiple bars will serve craft cocktails. The area will be accessible on sailings from various U.S. ports, with the costs varying by the season at $39-89 per person. The cruise ship Ocean Explorer, carrying 206 passengers and crew, was successfully freed after running aground off Greenland's eastern coastline earlier this week. Despite initial failed attempts to refloat the ship and concerns about waiting for a larger Danish naval vessel for assistance, the ship was eventually dislodged by a Greenlandic fishing research vessel. The Cruise Lines International Association has unveiled its 2023 Global Cruise Industry Environmental Technologies and Practices Report. The report showed of the 44 new cruise ships slated for delivery in the next five years, 25 of them will be powered by Liquid Natural Gas, while seven will be methanol-ready or capable. Cruise line stock prices for CCL, RCL, and NCLH.

I hope we don't get stranded and hopefully this squall doesn't hit us. That's what was going through my mind as we were looking for a sandbar in the middle of the Galliot Bank. We even do some cave exploration on Cave Cay in the Exumas. Filmed March 2022.
