These towns along the Amalfi Coast are much less touristy than Positano, Ravello and Amalfi, and they offer such an amazing authentic experience in this beautiful part of Italy!! Join me as I meet the locals including fishermen, chefs, a lemon grower and farm to table wife and husband duo to explore the secrets of one of the most breath-taking coastlines in Italy!

In this Italy travel guide video, we visit Positano in the Amalfi coast. Positano is arguably the most popular and picturesque place on the Amalfi Coast. There is a lot of information online about why you should visit, so we wanted to show you some reasons why you should not visit. It is a top place to visit in Italy but we wanted to give you the full picture so you can decide whether it is the destination for you.
The main things to consider are the parking and roads if you are driving. The prices are not that friendly to budget backpackers and it is not necessarily unique. That said, it was an incredible place and it is obvious why it is so popular.

Amalfi Coast in Italy is famous for its massive limestone cliffs, Positano hillside colorful buildings and one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. We took a train from Rome down to Amalfi Town for only 48 hours and it was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. Within 1 hour you can visit Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and even the famous island of Capri. We took a 6 hour boat ride up and down the coast and even got to explore blue grottos. Italy is already such an epic trip but if you add Amalfi, it might change your life WOOT WOOT
