It was our first time in Bali and our driver/guide, Wayan, took us to this beach lined with seafood restaurants. It was amazing and the food was delicious! Watch how we ordered our food. And a free cultural dance show was a bonus!

In Today's travel vlog we hire a driver to take us to the local seafood markets in Jimbaran - Kedonganan Fish Market . It opens at dawn and is the largest seafood market in Bali for fresh seafood. You’ll find almost any type of saltwater catch; prawns, scallops, snapper, tuna, crabs and oysters to name a few.
After our seafood was purchased, we all walked about 400 metres down the street to KamPoeng Seafood Restaurant and for a small fee they cleaned and Barbequed our seafood. It was a whole new experience and a much cheaper seafood on the beach dining experience compared to the upmarket beachfront restaurants.

SOFITEL BRUNCH BUFFET - The Best All You Can Eat Buffet in Bali, Indonesia!

NOTE: I was doing some work for Accor Hotels (part of Sofitel) and they invited me to stay for a few complimentary nights and I didn’t pay for this buffet. However, all thoughts and opinions are my own, and I chose to make this video on my own.
I definitely haven't been to all the buffets in Bali, but there have been many that say, for the quality and variety, the Sunday brunch buffet at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua, is probably the best of the island - and after eating there, I have no arguments - it was an outstanding buffet!
My wife Ying and I arrived to the buffet right as they opened for brunch on Sunday, and immediately we walked around to see all that was available. Sofitel is a French hotel, so you can count on there being plenty of French food, bread, pastries, and cheese. But you’ll also find a great selection of Indonesian food and Balinese food, and my favorite station, which was the grilled Balinese style seafood station.
This is one of the huge buffets that I only wish I would be in my early 20’s again, to be able to eat non-stop - but unfortunately I fill up much faster than I did back then.
I’ve eaten at 2 Sofitel brunch buffets now (the other in Manila: and what I like about Sofitel buffets is that they cook in small batches, and the food is very high quality, while having an abundance of choices.
I didn’t pay for this meal, but I looked up the price…
Starts at IDR 599,000 ($44.33) and goes up with drink choices

GREAT OCEAN ROAD, AUSTRALIA - Today we’re going on a tour of the iconic Great Ocean Road, and we’ll be eating some of the best Australian seafood along the way.
The Great Ocean Road is a historical highway that connects remote coastal towns along the southern coast of Australia. It was initially started as a project to create jobs for soldiers returning from WW1. The construction began in 1919 and was mostly completed when it was handed over to the government in 1936. When I visited Australia, I was excited to drive this iconic road for the majestic natural beauty - the rugged sea cliffs, the windswept coast - and probably most of all - to discover some of the best local seafood restaurants along the way.

Here are all the places we visited on this ultimate Australian food tour:
1. Fishos Torquay - Total Price - 111 AUD (74.45 USD) - We started off in the surf town of Torquay to eat our first meal at Fishos Torquay!
2. Fish by Moonlight - Total price - 104.54 AUD (70.11 USD) - This small strip-mall restaurant proved to be one of the best meals I had in Australia - one of the best ever fish and chips!
3. Cafe Koala - Total price - 26.54 AUD (17.80 USD)
4. Apollo Bay Fishermen's Co-Op - Total price - 317.83 AUD (213.20 USD) - One of the famous seafood restaurants along the Great Ocean Road and must stop when you’re in Apollo Bay for seafood and especially rock lobsters.
5. Twelve Apostles -
One of our main sightseeing destinations was the magnificent Twelve Apostles.
6. Craypot Bistro - Total price - 152.76 AUD (102.46 USD) - We arrived in Port Campbell and had a quick Australian pub dinner.
7. Loch Ard Gorge
Finally the next morning we quickly stopped off at Loch Ard Gorge to complete our food tour on Australia’s Great Ocean Road.

Bali Seafood | Squid and Giant Live Lobster | Cozy Beach Side Restaurant
Bali is mostly known for their amazing beaches and beach side restaurants perfectly decorated for a very good dinner with Seafood.
The restaurant had fishes, Giant Lobsters live inside aquarium and squids, prawns on the menu. Mainly you will get enough seafood variations for your appetizers.
There were also small bands performing different songs for each table. And also a stage where Balinese dancers performed.
We took a squid and got rice and vegetables with it. They also served complementary food salad wit it.
The best part was the night ambient with all the lightings and the sound of the waves right beside our food tables.
