For me, one of the ultimate American food meals to eat is awesome BBQ - when the meat is smoked perfectly so it slides off the bone, and the flavor is packed full of insane smokiness. My brother in law Derek had already been to Little Miss BBQ, but it was my first time to eat here, and I was so excited.

I arrived a little over an hour early to get in line, but luckily as soon as you pull up you get a number so that you don’t actually have to wait in line the entire time.

Scott and the entire crew at Little Miss BBQ are amazing, and you can immediately feel their passion and their genuine love for what they do and for the people they get to interact with everyday as a result of serving the best BBQ in Phoenix! Scott and his wife have an interesting and amazing grassroots history and start to their BBQ business. They first started making BBQ at home just because they loved doing it. Eventually they started competing in American BBQ competitions. At the beginning things didn’t go so well, but they kept going and perfecting their BBQ recipes and eventually started to win some of the competitions. Eventually they opened Little Miss BBQ, and it’s one of the best BBQ spots you’ll ever eat at.

So after getting the full tour of the restaurant and all the smoked meat, it was about time to open. You line up outside and the actual inside is quite small - most people either takeaway or eat outside.

I wanted to try a little of everything, so we got a giant tray of smoked BBQ meat including pork ribs, pulled pork, turkey, sausage, brisket, and beef ribs, with sides. Total price for the entire tray came to $92.70 - that was a lot of meat!

Thanks to my brother in law Derek for coming out to eat as well. We started with the beef ribs, and those are the best of the best. The meat falls apart and it was so insanely juicy and flavorful. The BBQ brisket will also blow you mind with its massive meaty flavor and juiciness. Finally my other top meat was the sausage, including jalapeno and a mix of meat and bacon.

Lastly, you have to eat your American food bbq feast with their famous pecan pie. And even though I’m not into sweets, a few bites at the end was amazing.

Little Miss BBQ is a phenomenal BBQ restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona. Not only will the quality and taste of the meat blow you away, but the passion of Scott and the entire crew are so genuine and so friendly, and that’s what makes it so good.

I met up with Chef Leander and Chef Anthony who toured me around the buffet to all the different stations. There’s just about everything you can imagine including hot and cold seafood, all you can eat crab legs, prime rib, the massive steamship wagyu leg, bbq, lamb, and then a huge variety of international cuisine including Mexican, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Italian, Middle Eastern, healthy, and salad stations. And that’s not even counting the dozens of desserts.

With a Las Vegas buffet of this magnitude you absolutely must do a lap around the buffet to see what looks the best to you before you start devouring. I was very happy to start with crab legs, and then move onto the delicious meats section - these are the big ticket items. I tried to eat as much as possible and definitely had some dishes from ever kitchen station. It’s a Disneyland of a buffet, and they really do hold to their quality and freshness and variety.

Highly recommended Bacchanal Buffet when you’re in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Parr’t Ebelle Seafood Restaurant ( - Today for lunch we’re heading straight to Parr’t Ebelle Tinola, a restaurant that’s known for its giant fish grill, and for its fish soup called tinola. Altogether the popular combination is called Su-To-Kil: sugba (grill), tola (soup), kilaw (marinated in vinegar). It’s a legendary Filipino food combination that can be made from all fish in different cooking methods so you have a complete meal.

Parr’t Ebelle Tinola is one of the most popular and famous tinola and sutokil meals in Cebu. Everyday the restaurant is absolutely jam packed and after tasting all the food - now we know why. It’s so tasty and the quality is so good. With Carlo’s expertise, we ordered the giant Cobia fish belly, the local favorite fish - it was huge. The belly was so delicious, dipped in soy sauce and vinegar and combined with vinegared fish (kinilaw), grape seaweed, and 2 varieties of fish head soup.

Highly recommended Parr’t Ebelle Tinola is a restaurant you have to try when you’re in Cebu, Philippines!

GREAT OCEAN ROAD, AUSTRALIA - Today we’re going on a tour of the iconic Great Ocean Road, and we’ll be eating some of the best Australian seafood along the way.

The Great Ocean Road is a historical highway that connects remote coastal towns along the southern coast of Australia. It was initially started as a project to create jobs for soldiers returning from WW1. The construction began in 1919 and was mostly completed when it was handed over to the government in 1936. When I visited Australia, I was excited to drive this iconic road for the majestic natural beauty - the rugged sea cliffs, the windswept coast - and probably most of all - to discover some of the best local seafood restaurants along the way.

Here are all the places we visited on this ultimate Australian food tour:

1. Fishos Torquay - Total Price - 111 AUD (74.45 USD) - We started off in the surf town of Torquay to eat our first meal at Fishos Torquay!

2. Fish by Moonlight - Total price - 104.54 AUD (70.11 USD) - This small strip-mall restaurant proved to be one of the best meals I had in Australia - one of the best ever fish and chips!

3. Cafe Koala - Total price - 26.54 AUD (17.80 USD)

4. Apollo Bay Fishermen's Co-Op - Total price - 317.83 AUD (213.20 USD) - One of the famous seafood restaurants along the Great Ocean Road and must stop when you’re in Apollo Bay for seafood and especially rock lobsters.

5. Twelve Apostles -
One of our main sightseeing destinations was the magnificent Twelve Apostles.

6. Craypot Bistro - Total price - 152.76 AUD (102.46 USD) - We arrived in Port Campbell and had a quick Australian pub dinner.

7. Loch Ard Gorge
Finally the next morning we quickly stopped off at Loch Ard Gorge to complete our food tour on Australia’s Great Ocean Road.

Bombette are prepared with selected slices of pork capocollo (coppa); the slices of meat are placed on a cutting board and usually stuffed with Apulian canestrato cheese, salt and pepper, then rolled up and closed manually until creating a real bundle, sometimes parsley is added. The rolls thus obtained can be cooked on the grill or even in the oven
In Italian Bombette can be literally translated to bombs.
The name refers to the rounded shape and small size of these rolls, as well as to their filling which creates a real explosion of flavour.

The Best Darn Lamb in Patagonia Argentina ????????

Argentina is known for having the best beef in the world but upon further exploration I discovered that the Patagonia lamb or cordero like they say in Latin America is among one of the best I ever had of not the best. Something about the salt rich pastures the lamb grazes on give the meat such a delicious taste. One simply can't put it in words and it's a must try for anybody visiting El Calafate or Patagonia.

Thrillist - Union Sushi & Barbeque Bar - Chicago, IL

A towering two-level sushi bar with graffiti-covered concrete walls and a custom-made robata grill, Union's Sushi-Wabi-vet chef's using said flame to work up prosciutto-wrapped scallops and garlic-soy lamb, while also kicking out noodle creations (duck fat yaki soba...) and inventive maki including the Old City Market, where spicy tuna, salmon, and ponzu are combined with fried okra, then wrapped in collard greens, just like Kappas at an MSU frat party.
