Hiking is like the new trend here in Aruba during this Covid period. In this video I visit the Aruba National Park to do a hike via some hills that I have never visited before. The route is said to be one of the nicest hiking trails, especially when it rains (not today). Although it's a bit different style of vlog, I hope you like this video.

We are in the Dutch Antilles, on the island of Aruba, one of the three ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao), located close to Venezuela's coast. The film is with German commentary, but you can activate English subtitles in YouTube. Aruba is a small Caribbean island off the coast of Venezuela and is one of the four countries of the Dutch Empire, but domestically completely autonomous. Aruba is best known for its fine sandy beaches with palm trees. All kinds of water sports activities can be found here. But the island also offers sights worth seeing in the interior, such as the Ariok National Park, the California Lighthouse, beautiful hiking trails and ruins of old gold mills, to name just a few examples. Quadiriki Cave Aruba Pt. 1 - i strapped the GoPro Hero 3 Black onto my fedora as i walked around the cave. There was not a whole lot to see and even though it was dark there was enough natural light coming for you to navigate with no issues, however i did use the LED light on my iPhone just for added caution.
