In this episode we went snorkeling at Mangel Halto Beach. It has one of the healthiest coral reefs in Aruba, easily accessible from shore. This video will explain how to get out to the reef.
We stopped for a snack at Kabayan Snack, an Aruban Filipino roadside snack stand just a few minutes from Mangel Halto Beach.

⭐️ PRO TIP: The best way to see flamingos in Aruba is to visit the private island, the Renaissance Island; however, you can also see flamingos on the De Palm Island in Aruba, but they are often behind a fence and not as pink as the ones on the Renaissance Island. Many people have said they couldn't see the flamingos on Aruba's De Palm Island or that they simply weren't there, so it's really a 50/50 chance.

There was a tropical storm a day before. We didn't expect it. We weren't able to go outside. Luckily, it only lasted for a day.
This is how we spent our last full day in Aruba. We went to Baby Beach- turned out to be our second favorite beach in Aruba, next to Eagle Beach. We also explored the second largest town San Nicolas. It's such a nice little town full of street arts in every corner. We were also able to explore a bit of Mangel Halto beach. We didn't stay longer as the rain started to fall. Then at the end, we went back to Eagle beach to spend the rest of our day there.

San Nicolas Secluded SECRET BEACH in ARUBA
Hidden gems are always cool to find. In this video, I will take you to one of Aruba's most secret and secluded beaches in Seroe Colorado, San Nicolas. While on the road here we first stop for something to eat at a El Gallo Rojo which is right next to the San Nicolas police station. If you want to try something very local make sure to stop here and the prices are much better compared to the vendors near Baby Beach. On the way there we also come across the wild donkeys which have been roaming around this area for years. Please be careful as I was almost bitten myself as you may have seen in the video.

Hiking to a HIDDEN NATURAL POOL in ARUBA
Today I go for a hike with one of my Subscribers who was on vacation
on the island. I took her to one of my favorite hikes which is the Hubada Trail.
This takes us via some hills for the Sunrise where we will descend first into
Sharkbay, Andicuri and later the Tripod Bridge and Blackstone Beach.
Last but not least I will take you to a hidden pool. This one includes some additional hidden gems.

Aruba - Mangel Halto Beach walk - Hidden Gem!
A late morning walk around the Mangel Halto (High Mangroves) beach. It is situated at the mid-southern part of the island and is mostly visited by the locals who live nearby. Tourists are not often seen here as it's not really promoted as much as for example Baby Beach, yet it boasts mostly the same shallow and calm waters perfect for younger children. During my walk I enter the water on a few occasions giving you a glimpse of what you may expect (tropical fish are within's eye view). To me this beach is an Aruba hidden gem not only because of it's nice views and areas but also for a chance for you to mingle with our locals. Snorkeling and Scuba diving is also practiced here but please be wary of the strong currents at the outer limits of this beach. As you will see at the end of this video, even the dogs enjoy jumping in the amazing water! This video has no talking so you may enjoy the natural environment sounds. Aruba is a very windy island, so my excuses for some of the high wind noises caused during this walk.

Diving Mangel Halto, Aruba | The Shore Dive Collection | TropicLens
Mangel Halto is probably our third favorite shore dive in Aruba. The entry/exit is really quite easy and it often has little current. The bowl shaped site is not a traditional reef but there is still lots to see…even if spread out a bit. There are lots of anemone and it seems to be popular for crustaceans at night. Also, check out the sunken fishing trawler.

In this video I take you to one of my personal favorite Hidden Gem parts of Aruba, namely the Natural Bridge at Sero Colorado (Colorado Hill), San Nicolas. It is the eastern most part of the island of Aruba and a personal extra tip: if you'd like to see South America (Venezuela) a/o Curacao our neighbor island, this will be the best spot for doing so. The often forgotten RODGER'S BEACH Aruba's most underrated beach!
In this video I take you for a walk along the beautiful Rodgers beach in San Nicolas, Aruba. Rodgers beach is situated accros the popular Baby beach but is much less crowded. Some locals and visitors insist that it's the best beach on Aruba. This was filmed in the afternoon and there was a partial cloudy condition at the time.
