An Awesome Road Trip around Efate Island, Vanuatu!
One of the popular things to do on Efate Island in Vanuatu is to go on a tour of the island. You can do this by either renting a car and doing it yourself or by joining a tour.

You can choose to either do the circuit in one or two days. We chose to do it in one day with main stops at Port Vila market, Blue Lagoon, Eton Beach, Havannah Harbour, Port Vila Lookout and Mele Cascades Waterfalls. If you choose to do the circuit over two days you might want to include turtle feeding and Hideaway island into your trip.
You can hire a baby seat from most major car rental companies, but the cars don't have anchors so you will need to tie the strap around the headrest to secure it properly.
Love daytrip, which you can start around 8am and complete by 5pm. Enjoy!!

Blue Lagoon & Eden on the River - Efate, Vanuatu Road Trip
This is part 1 of my road trip around Efate Island, Vanuatu. The first stop on my road trip was Eden on the River. I got there early, so I had the place to myself. The next stop was Blue Lagoon. Upon arriving I admired the blue ass water. I also performed some incredible tricks on the rope swing.

Iririki Island Resort & Efate Island in Vanuatu by Drone [2.7K 60fps]
I am on a 3 night trip to Iririki Island Resort & Spa in Port Vila, Vanuatu, which is a quick 3.5 hour flight from Sydney. I have my DJI Mavic Air drone with me, so let's explore this stunning, tropical blue-water getaway plus some amazing beaches not far away on the main island.
Please note that I fly drones and create YouTube videos for fun and this video was not paid for by Iririki Island Resort or anyone else. I am just happy to add their info as I had a great time and I know other people would appreciate knowing that this is a great resort and in the best location.

See the Stunning Vanuatu Blue Lagoon on Efate Island
The stunning Vanuatu Blue Lagoon (Eton Natural Pools) on Efate Island (not too far from Port Vila) is a must-see!
The area has picnic tables, basic changing facilities & toilets. You can also hire a kayak, although most people were simply enjoying the cool clear water with either a swim or braving the rope swings.
Entrance is 600 VT per adults and kids were free.
The lagoon is pretty deep so if you are travelling with little ones, we recommend you bring a safety vest.
Whilst you could easily base yourself here for a full day, most people love to visit the Blue Lagoon as part of the popular 'Round-the-Island' tour. Grab tickets for the tour online here:
Vanuatu Road Trip - Driving all the way around Efate Island, Vanuatu
Drive 2 or 3 minutes out of Vanuatu's capital, Port Vila, and the rest of the main road around the entire island is empty and beautiful. Amazing place for an effortless road trip. Drive all the way around, stopping off at secluded beaches, the incredible Blue Lagoon swimming hole, and loads of little cafes.

The Cascades is voted one of Efate's most popular natural attractions. Accessible by hired car, taxi or tour bus. Approximately 20 minutes drive from town, turn left at the roundabout (that directs you to the airport) travel clockwise around Efate for about 15minutes, the cascades will be on your left, its well sign posted!
Beautiful waterfalls combined with a bushwalk, lunch and a swim equals the perfect half day trip. What to bring...togs, towels, reef shoes (u will walk through water), sunscreen, insect repellant, lunch & beverages. Dotted throughout the park are picnic tables to enjoy your lunch
