Welcome onboard Royal Caribbean’s Liberty of the Seas! We are sailing seven nights from Galveston Texas on a Western Caribbean itinerary visiting Roatan Honduras, Costa May Mexico, and Cozumel Mexico! We are onboard this Freedom Class ship to try some new offerings, such as the Tidal Wave waterslide, Saturday Night Fever theatre show, and Sabor modern Mexican cuisine restaurant! There are also many Royal Caribbean staples onboard such as Studio B ice skating rink, Perfect Storm waterslides, FlowRider surf simulator, and Windjammer buffet!
Welcome to Roatan Honduras! This is our first time cruising to this port and we have a very exciting excursion today! We are visiting two different animal sanctuaries featuring sloths, monkeys, and iguanas! The amount of interaction we experienced with these animals was incredible! We one-on-one cuddled with sloths, played with capuchin monkeys, and fed iguanas! We learned so much about these creatures and had an unforgettable day! Transportation, entry, guide, and information was included in this Royal Caribbean excursion!

In this video we bring you along on our family's excursion experience with Roatan Five Stars Tours. This was such an amazing excursion! First, we stopped to visit the sloths, monkeys, and birds. Then we boarded a double decker boat and stopped at 3 different snorkel spots- starfish, drop off, and the shipwreck. This was hands down, one of the best excursions ever!

Are you going to Roatan on a cruise & wondering what to do? Roatan is a cruise port where you're probably better off booking an excursion.Luckily, there are lots of great things to do in Roatan cruise port.
Here's what we did in Roatan on a recent cruise. We booked a shore excursion & had a fantastic day visiting Roatan. However, there are some things to avoid in Roatan, as well as things to be aware of when you are traveling to Roatan by cruise ship.
In this video I go over our roatan private shore excursion & tour in Roatan, including what we did. We visited a monkey & sloth sanctuary & got to hug a sloth! We also went to a chocolate factory, souvenir stores & West Bay beach. We were in the Coxen Hole cruise port, however you may be in Mahogany Bay. This is good information if you're going on a Carnival cruise, Royal Caribbean cruise, Virgin Voyages, Princess Cruise, Celebrity cruise or any Caribbean cruise that stops in Roatan, Honduras.

BEST excursion ever! Roatan, Honduras | Harmony of the Seas | Sloths, Monkeys, Rum & more
We checked out as much as we could squeeze into our stop at Coxen Hole Roatan! What an amazing island with SO much to offer! We hit the West End Village, Mayak Chocolate Factory, Roatan Rum Company, Manawakie Park, and more! We played with monkeys, held sloths, swam in pristine waters with stunning views.... Stay tuned for an upcoming video reviewing our experience with Charlie's Roatan Tours - they made it all happen.
When we get back on the ship, see how we spend the night with 3 kids. Spoiler alert, we didn't see a show this night, but we got in a nice round of mini golf.

???????? Is Roatan Cruise Port Worth Visiting? - Caribbean Cruise Ports
We are back at the Port of Roatan Town Centre to give you an updated tour. What do you need to bring? What is there to do? Caribbean Cruise Ports and what they offer varies from port to port. We're going to give you a tour of what you’ll experience at the Coxen Hole Port if you decide to walk around the port. This can help you to understand if you should pick an excursion or not.
Depending who you are sailing with for your Caribbean Cruise you will dock at one of two ports in Roatan, either Coxen Hole or Mahogany Bay. Both of the Roatan cruise port destinations have your basic amenities like washrooms, ATMs, duty free shopping and restaurants.
One of the things that is great about the Roatan Honduras cruise port is that you do not have to tender. You just get off the ship and walk to the end of the dock, then you are right at the port. The cruise lines that dock at the Town Center at the Port of Roatan are NCL, Celebrity cruises, Royal Caribbean cruise Line and Virgin Voyages.
Our Roatan Cruise Port review goes into full detail about the atmosphere and what is at the port. The port opened in 2008 and it has all your typical shops like a diamonds international, some local market crafts and souvenirs, as well as a pharmacy and ATM. If you would like to purchase an excursion there is a large section with tons of different companies offering different experiences. This is can be found at most cruise ports in the Caribbean. You can explore all of the Coxen Hole Roatan Cruise port and have a drink in less than a couple hours so this would make it a good port to book an excursion or explore on your own.

ROATAN HONDURAS | Daniel Johnson's Monkey & Sloth Hangout! | Our ---------cruise on Royal Caribbean's OASIS OF THE SEAS Day 5 Vlog!
Today we start the day with breakfast at Solarium Bistro - and then we get off the ship in Roatan, Honduras! We booked a tour with Daniel Johnson's Monkey and Sloth Hangout through their website. It was so much fun! everyone there is great, transportation to and from the port was super quick and easy - but one piece of advice if you do this excursion - get there early!! Get off the ship as soon as early as possible and be some of the first to arrive at the hangout, because it gets busy! With that being said, the staff at the hangout are very amazing at what they do and they keep the tours moving at a good pace.
Back onboard the ship we have dinner at Portside BBQ! The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were huge!
We did a little swimming at the Beach Pool to end our evening - all in all it was a really fun day! We will absolutely come back to Roatan!

Oasis of the Seas | Royal Caribbean Cruise Vlog Part 5 - Roatán. Monkeys, Sloths, and Iguanas OH MY!
Today we visit beautiful Roatán, Honduras. We take a ship excursion to see what the island has to offer. Our first stop is to see monkeys, sloths, and macaws at Daniel Johnson's Money and Sloth Hangout. Next, we head to Arch's Iguana and Marine park to see Iguanas and Tarpon. We stop at the Macaw Market for some beer on the way back to port, where we do some souvenir hunting and have a quick drink from a coconut! Back on the ship, we have lunch at El Loco Fresh, then have some chill time before our dinner.

Hey y'all! We're Lauren and Clint. We've been married since 2016 and we have two pets, one ???? - Lilly and one ????- Leia. Lauren is originally from East Tennessee and Clint is originally from Kentucky, we met in Florida, but we now live in Nashville, TN. We love visiting new places and trying new things - mostly food! Harmony of the Seas {Roatan} with Semi-Sub Glass Bottom Boat and Monkey and Sloth Park Excursion
Day 4
Today is our first port stop and we are in Roatan Honduras. We have purchased an excursion through Royal Caribbean called Semi-Sub Glass Bottom Boat and Monkey and Sloth Park. You check in and board your bus right at the port area. After a short drive you stop and visit a straw market and chocolate shop. Approximately 25 minutes later you return to the bus for the drive across the island to the Sloth and Monkey encounter. Here you have the chance to hold a sloth and interact with monkeys. The facility also has several Macaws that you have the chance to hold.
After you spend an adequate amount of time interacting with the animals it was time to board the bus to head to the semi-submersible glass bottom boat for a ride around the coral reed. The boat ride maybe lasted 15 minutes and was pretty underwhelming considering the limited fish and aquatic life that we were able to see. After this we boarded the bus for the trip back to the port and eventually the ship.

We love this port because of it's great shops, free beach just steps (or a magical flying chair ride) away, and of course, the ability to go see the SLOTHS, MONKEYS & BIRDS! On this visit, we decided to experience it all, so come along for the FUN! Back onboard the fun continued with one of our favorites, the LOVE & MARRIAGE SHOW! Our 7 night Western Caribbean itinerary on Carnival Vista took us to Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Belize City, and Cozumel Mexico, along with three FUN days at sea. Exploring Roatan, Honduras: Day 4 of Our Allure of the Seas Cruise: Sloths, Monkeys, and More
Come along with us on the 3rd Orbit Travelers channel as we recount our fourth day exploring Roatan, Honduras during our cruise on the Allure of the Seas. Our day began with a visit to the charming port of Coxen Hole, where we enjoyed some shopping and refreshing drinks.
Next, we embarked on a private tour that took us on a breathtaking journey across the island. Although we experienced minor delays in finding our tour guide, we were soon on our way to an incredible Sloth and Monkey encounter, where we had the opportunity to hold and play with these amazing creatures. Our scenic drive around the inland provided us with unexpected but priceless views.
Following our tour, we returned to the port for some local cuisine and a few more drinks before heading back to the ship. To cap off an already exciting day, we attended an ice-skating show in Studio B, which was nothing short of spectacular.

Roatan, Honduras Daniel Johnson's Monkey & Sloth Hangout - Cruise ship Passenger Late For Departure
I know I said I was going to try and only make 1 video for our cruise on Royal Caribbean's Symphony Of The Seas, but we had to much fun and so much footage that it's gonna be a few videos. It really was a great time. We spent the 4th day on the island of Roatan, Honduras. We had a great personal tour with 2k's Adventure Tours. Delia was so nice and friendly, really knew her stuff and took use wherever we wanted to go. Getting to hold the sloths and play with the Capuchin monkeys was a blast. Make sure you watch to until the end to see the last passenger show up over a half hour late for our departure.
