An Indian in Dangassa Village, Mali

Glimpses of Mali: Indian Ambassador in Dangassa Village (Ambassadeur de l'Inde dans le village de Dangassa), 17 March 2022. Lassana Camara of Dangassa Village!
75 kms south-west of Bamako, Dangassa is a great village, rich in history, cultural traditions and welcoming people. Accepting me as 'one of them', the Village Headman named me 'Lassana Camara' (This village has a large number of people with 'Camara' as their surname. They are considered to be the oldest families to have lived in the Mande region which has played a key role in the history of Mali and West Africa). Subsequently, at a central place in the village where all the villagers had gathered, they asked me to demonstrate that I belonged to them by performing music/dance etc. I tried my best! ????????????????????
