Street Food in Ghana - GIANT CHOP-BAR LUNCH and West African Food Tour in Accra!

Anyway, so Jay took me an ultimate street food tour in Accra, here’s all the amazing food we ate:
Red red (bean stew) and plantain - This was the first stop, a small stall that Jay has been eating at for years. They fry plantain, and then serve the plantain along with beans stewed in palm nut oil, and combine it with gari, which are cassava flakes. The result, is a filling and very satisfying combination of sweet and tangy plantains with salty oily beans. What’s key as Jay explained to me is the palm nut oil, which provides so much oil and fragrance. It was delicious, and a perfect way to begin this Ghanaian street food tour in Accra!

Nima Market - Next we caught a taxi to Nima Market, known for its spices. We tried everything we could find, which was quite a lot of snacks here and there. The market was fantastic to walk around, full of action and energy.

Peace Chop Bar (Chop Bar - Local Ghanaian restaurant) - Finally, to end this street food tour of Ghana in Accra, we stopped back at the chop bar that we had visited earlier in the morning. Seeing the cooking was sensational, it only made me hungrier for lunch. By the time we arrived back, they had already sold out of a few dishes, but there was still plenty enough to choose from. I tried the banku with goat meat, and it was fantastic.
Total price - 36 GHC ($7.90)

First Class Foodie: Air Peace Airlines' Premium Inflight Meals from Jo'burg to Lagos
Follow me on my 5-hour flight aboard an Air Peace Airlines Boeing 777-200ER - from Joburg -to Lagos.
The boarding process was smooth, and my flight wasn't delayed due to the EARLY, and FAST boarding process.
The ECONOMY CLASS IS ARRANGED IN 3-4-3 configuration.
While business class is arranged in a 2-3-2 configuration, and first class in a roomy 2-2-2 configuration.
The seats can recline fully flat for ultimate comfort but with little privacy IN BUSINESS CLASS.
As we reached cruising altitude, Lunch was served and I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious offerings. The inflight service for the Economy class was impeccable with several meal, snack, and drink services ( alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were offered regularly)-Before landing, a pre-landing snack was served.
We also Sampled the finest inflight dining experiences Air Peace Airlines' has to offer to their Business Class Passengers, from multi-course meals to delicious snacks. With a focus on quality, creative presentation, and variety.
Overall, I was incredibly impressed by my flight experience on Air Peace Airlines and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable flight.

Flying Ethiopian Airlines - How They Became the Biggest in Africa?
I flew on an Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 787 from Vienna to Addis Ababa. Find out Ethiopian Airlines latest onboard product in both Business Class and Economy class. The flight was overnight and took 5 hours and 45 minutes. Before landing, a beautiful sunrise greeted all passengers. Join me for landing inside the cockpit of Boeing 787.
After landing, I toured the passenger terminal and up to 10,000 passengers in the morning transit at Addis Ababa Bole Airport making it the busiest hub in Africa.
I was given a tour of the Ethiopian Airlines Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility where a Boeing 767 is undergoing cargo conversion. Then I went inside an Ethiopian A350 passenger freighter full of cargo in the cabin. Last, I went on a day tour in Addis Ababa city.
