The Swiftair ATR 42-300(F) took off to Lisbon, flight WT131. Is a regular visitor in Madeira, making cargo flights every day from Lisbon

Rare Visitor !!! Air Antilies Express ATR 42-500 Action @ St. Kitts (HD 1080p)
My first time seeing this bird live, as they do not fly to St. Kitts but the surrounding french islands and french side St. Martin. St. Kitts is hosting a annual athletic competition where most of the Caribbean islands participate in and take part every year, The CARIFTA GAMES !!!!. The CARIFTA Games is an annual athletics competition founded by the Caribbean Free Trade Association (CARIFTA). They brought in the french island teams. The games was first held in 1972 and consists of track and field events including sprint races, hurdles, middle distance track events, jumping and throwing events, and relays. The Games has two age categories: under-17 and under-20. Only countries associated with CARIFTA may compete in the competition.

Multiple take offs ATR-42 and ATR-72 Athens International Airport
Multiple take offs Sky Express, Olympic Air and Astra Airlines ATR-42 and ATR-72 from Athens International Airport during last day of 2017.
Widerøe Dash-8-300 and DAT ATR-42 at Stord Airport, 2015
Have a seat on the apron at Stord airport, and observe some of the air traffic on this summer evening from 2015.
A Widerøe Dash-8-300 arrives from Molde and drops off a few passengers, before departing for Bergen airport, Flesland.
Meanwhile, a Danish Air Transport (DAT) ATR-42 arrives from Oslo.
A Cessna 152 from Bergen Aero Klubb can also be spotted in the background.

Got 3 Boeing's 737, 2 from Smartwings and another from Norwegian, 2 A320-214 from Easyjet and Edelweiss, and the small ATR42-300 freighter from Swiftair

ATR 42-300 PK-TZF Engine Start

There are quite a lot -500 and -600 series ATR in Indonesia. However the -300 series are kind of rare, especially the 42-300 as there are not that many ATR 42 in Indonesia. This is a quick look to the ATR 42-300 during the engine start procedure.
The aircraft here is ATR 42-300 PK-TZF. After Xpress Air ceased ops, the aircraft is operated by Trigana Air as PK-YRE.

Really nice landing of the SATA AZORES De Havilland Canada Dash 8-400, after battling some crosswind in the approach to Runway 05, landed in one wheel for about 200 meters, before touching the 2nd wheel in the tarmac.
The Dash with registration CS-TRD was inbound from Ponta Delgada.

Very busy Saturday at Madeira, everyone leaving the island after Christmas and New Year's Eve. Regular visitors but with extra flights, highlight to the TAP A330, probably the last special flight with them, next one's could be on Easter. Lot's of A320's and 737's and the Swiftair cargo ATR.
I went to the runway 05 early, I was able to catch the sun rising at the back of the Desertas island, really special!

FLIGHT REPORT MADEIRA - LISBON TAP AIRBUS A319 21.02.2020
Flight report of my flight from Madeira to Lisbon on the 21st of February 2020. The small TAP Air Portugal Airbus A319-111 with registration CS-TTO with 20 years old was waiting for me with the refurbished interior.
Was my first time with TAP since they change the food for the short-haul flights, swapping the light meal for a simple snack for the economy class, nothing special on a 1h30 flight, but I can say that I prefer the snack over the light meal!
My seat was 17F. Because was very high season (Carnival with school pause) the return ticket was 391€, but I only pay 86€ as Madeira resident.
