Air Astana Flight (Delhi-Almaty-Istanbul) & Almaty International Business Lounge - Travel Vlog (#11)
In this video we will be reviewing the couple of flights we took from Delhi to Almaty (KC 908) and Almaty to Istanbul (KC 913). As we had a layover at Almaty we also explored the Almaty International Business Lounge, which has alternatively been working as Chivas Lounge.
The Delhi-Almaty leg onboard Airbus A320 with flight code KC 908 was right on time. The amenities kit as well as the meals served were exceptionally well. In spite of the stormy conditions at Almaty we were almost on time. The cabin crew were delightful throughout.
At Almaty we went through to the Almaty International Business Lounge for our layover. As part of the lounge access one can get a set meal option from the Alaport Cafe.
Our next leg of the flight from Almaty to Istanbul onboard Airbus A321 with flight code KC 913 was roughly on time. The incessant snowing at Almaty made the entire tarmac white with snow. As it was an early morning flight we skipped the main meal serving and slept early, opting for the light breakfast snack, which was served just before landing at Istanbul.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Air Astana. The leg space was decent enough, the in-flight meals and amenities kit were great and the cabin crew were impeccable.

This video is based on my flight from Almaty to Istanbul. I flew Air Astana's Business Class. This was my first time to experience the Business class on an international flight. Before flying, I have shared information about the Business Lounge at Almaty Airport, Immigration and Security check at Almaty Airport. And then I finally flew from Kazakhstan to Turkey. Watch this video to see the vegetarian food of Business Class, Air Astana. Also, you will get to know about Ataturk Airport, Istanbul where I landed. Almaty to Istanbul flight duration was around 6 hours. I completed the Immigration formalities at Istanbul Airport in just 3 minutes after landing. This was incredible! Air Astana A320neo | Almaty to New Delhi | Flight Review | Economy Class
Hey guys, welcome back to another review. First of all I wish you all a Happy New Year and a new decade.
This time I'm flying Air Astana from Almaty to Delhi onboard their 8 month old A320neo. This was my connecting flight after a flight from Dubai with a layover of 11 hours. Fortunately, I was eligible to use Air Astana's stopover program for $1 which includes a free hotel stay with airport transfer. I really enjoyed the stay :) Now onto the review.
The crew were nice and the service was great. The best touch was the amenity kit which was provided to economy class passengers in this 3 hour flight.
The food was good. The seats were really comfortable. Really loved the airline and would definitely fly it again.
I would recommend Air Astana if you are flying within budget and want good service.

Air Astana has taken delivery of its first A321LR featuring a brand-new business class with lie-flat seats/beds. The A321LR will feature 166 seats with 16 First/Business class and 150 Economy Class seats. Of the 16 first/business class seats, 4 will be throne seats. These seats are similar to the ones found on Aer Lingus & TAP Portugal's A321LRs and JetBlue's Mint Business Class
