A few months back we had the great honour to be asked to write a magazine article for the French off-road magazine 4x4 Mondial.
This was a lot of fun and we were very happy with the way the article came out. The magazine has gone to print and is available now.

Our NORWAY ROAD TRIP with a Land Rover DEFENDER
In August 2018, Caroline and I traveled from Paris to Norway discovering a wonderful country with breathtaking landscapes everywhere and wonderful people. Best travel so far. 15 days of epic roads with our Land Rover Defender 110 TD5. Filmed with a Mavic Pro DJI - GoPro Hero 7 - Lumix GH5

Stress, excitement and emotion! Shipping a Land Rover overseas! (242)
In this week's episode we spend the final days with our GrizzlyNbear and prepare him for the shipping.
Shipping your vehicle which is also your full time home is always a very stressful period but this time was less so than shipping to Australia.
We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to share a container with Torben and Inga from Germany.
We clean, pack and prepare the Land Rover Defender camper for loading into a 40 ft container from Melbourne.
We can't thank our friend's Chris and Fiona enough for looking after us and letting us camp in their warehouse.

The return of a legend. Land Rover Series 3 around the world. (Ep156)
This week we introduce you to some very special people.
Alec and Jan Forman.
In 1977 Alec and Jan drove their Series 3 Land Rover across 29 countries on an epic 40,000 mile overland journey.
Their journey took them to places that are no longer accessible to modern day travellers.
We were so very honoured to recently have the opportunity to interview Alec and Jan and we are super excited to share their story with you.
We've often commented that as international over landers in this day and age we have it easy.
In 1977 with no access to social media, internet, satellite navigation and mobile phones there is no doubt that Alec and Jan faced challenges that we can't even begin to imagine.
Hearing stories like theirs is such an inspiration to us and we are so grateful to have had this chat with them.
Alec and Jan have even written a book, Strangers Like Angels With a Devil or Two to Boot.
We learned so much and we're also very excited to hear that they still have the very same Land Rover that carried them on this incredible adventure.
There are some big plans in store for this Landy.

We have never once regretted this decision to live life outside the box and in this 15 minute video we can show you why.

Afghanistan Part II - To a land that time forgot (Ep94 GrizzlyNbear Overland)
This week come and hike 160km with us to the very end of the trail in the Afghan Wakhan Corridor.
We visit the remote settlements of the Kyrgyz Nomadic people that have held to their ancient traditions and way of living.
This journey was one of the toughest expeditions we have ever undertaken, both mentally and physically.

We heard all of this and more whilst planning our trip to Afghanistan.
In Afghanistan we met people that would change our lives forever.

This video delves a little deeper into our emotional experiences during our travels through Afghanistan in 2019.
The people we met in the Wakhan Corridor were such an inspiration to us and we will never forget our time spent in this amazing part of the world.
