Mindo, Ecuador Family Travel Vlog | Road Trip, Sustainable Lodging, Fresh Food
Today, we embark on our next epic family adventure to Mindo, Ecuador. We will take a road trip to El Monte Sustainable Lodge and experience all that outdoor life has to offer, from bugs to amazing birds to a waterfall that takes some work to get to. Oh, and did I mention the fresh food?
We had some of the best and healthiest food I've ever tasted in Ecuador at the Lodge. We also went on a chocolate tour, which was so much fun!
We technically spent 3 Days on this trip, which was enough with our baby. But we would love to visit again one day to explore some of the other aspects the lodge has to offer and all the cool things there are to do in Mindo.

Hey Travelers!
Again, better late than never, this is a short little film I put together from when we visited the Paris for a week back in 2018. On that trip, I told myself I'd start making videos... and never did :) Until now! It's short and sweet and was so much fun to put together and reminisce about when we were traveling.
We were supposed to revisit Paris this past summer, but our trip was cancelled due to COVID, and this had me tearing up in anticipation of visiting again someday! Our reunion with Paris will be twice as sweet now!
