Disney World's Magic Kingdom Opens After 4 Month Shut Down! | Crowd Levels, New Procedures & More!

Check out today’s link- Actors Fund-

In today’s vlog we finally head back to Walt Disney World! We have the annual passholder preview for Magic Kingdom! We start the day off at the TTC where we take a ferry boat over to the park. We see the crowd levels, it was very quiet at the time that I was there, around 12-5pm. We also take a look at some new merchandise as we head over to see Cinderella Castle’s new paint job close up! It looks great! I really like the pink and blue, it’s so vibrant. We also see the first of many character cavalcades down Main Street! We got to see some characters from the Move It, Shake It, Mousekedance It parade, Tinkerbell, Fantasyland Friends and some friends from Winnie the Pooh! I really like how they’re handling the characters “roaming” the park and I like the frequency in which they were out and about! We saw the Main Street Philharmonic band performing around the park as well, they’re always great! The amount of entertainment still happening around the park was really awesome to see! We also rode some rides, we saw some Tron roller coaster construction progress from the Tomorrowland Speedway, we rode the tea cups and Big Thunder Mountain! It was such a good feeling to get back on rides!! We checked out where the relaxation zones were around the park, this is where you can take your mask off and relax for a bit and get out of the Florida heat. Speaking of the heat, this was about the time I started to head home, it was a hot one! We hope you enjoyed this look at Walt Disney’s Magic Kingdom! Thank you for hanging out with me today and we’ll see you tomorrow with a new vid!

Walt Disney World Incredible Health and Safety Campaign (2020)

Disney launches ‘Incredible’ health and safety campaign ahead of reopening parks. Walt Disney World to begin phased reopening on July 11, 2020.

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Walt Disney Company unveiled it’s health and safety educational campaign Thursday inspired by the hit Disney Pixar film, “The Incredibles.”

“It spotlights all the health and safety procedures and protocols that we have put in place. It also uses many characters that our guests know and love” said Dr. Pamela Hymel, Chief Medical Officer of Disney Parks. The new campaign features Mr. Incredible, Mrs. Incredible, Frozone, Dash and the fashionable Edna Mode. Disney said the new images will help remind guests about the tips to stay safe when they return to the theme parks amid the coronavirus pandemic. The announcement comes as Disney reopened its theme parks in Hong Kong Thursday, and continues to have a successful operation in Shanghai. Walt Disney World is scheduled to begin its phased reopening on July 11 and Disneyland in California will begin its reopening on July 17. ~ Landon McReynolds,

ABOUT
The Incredibles is a 2004 American computer-animated superhero film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. Written and directed by Brad Bird, it stars the voices of Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, Sarah Vowell, Spencer Fox, Jason Lee, Samuel L. Jackson, and Elizabeth Peña. Set in an alternate version of the 1960s, the film follows the Parrs, a family of superheroes who hide their powers in accordance with a government mandate, and attempt to live a quiet suburban life. Mr. Incredible's desire to help people draws the entire family into a confrontation with a vengeful fan-turned-foe.

Bird, who was Pixar's first outside director, developed the film as an extension of the 1960s comic books and spy films from his boyhood and personal family life. He pitched the film to Pixar after Warner Bros.’ box office disappointment of his first feature, The Iron Giant (1999), and carried over much of its staff to develop The Incredibles. The animation team was tasked with animating an all-human cast, which required creating new technology to animate detailed human anatomy, clothing and realistic skin and hair. Michael Giacchino composed the film's orchestral score.

The film premiered on October 27, 2004, at the BFI London Film Festival and had its general release in the United States on November 5, 2004. It performed well at the box office, grossing $633 million worldwide during its original theatrical run. The Incredibles received widespread approval from critics and audiences, winning two Academy Awards and the Annie Award for Best Animated Feature. It was the first entirely animated film to win the prestigious Hugo Award for Best Dramatic Presentation. A sequel, Incredibles 2, was released on June 15, 2018.

The Walt Disney World Resort, also called Walt Disney World and Disney World, is an entertainment complex in Bay Lake and Lake Buena Vista, Florida, in the United States, near the cities of Orlando and Kissimmee. Opened on October 1, 1971, the resort is owned and operated by Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, a division of The Walt Disney Company. It was first operated by Walt Disney World Company. The property covers nearly 25,000 acres (39 sq mi; 101 km2), of which half has been used.[3] The resort comprises four theme parks (consisting of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom), two water parks, 27 themed resort hotels, nine non-Disney hotels, several golf courses, a camping resort, and other entertainment venues, including the outdoor shopping center Disney Springs.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Reopens! | How Pin Trading Works Now, Safari Ride & Characters!

Please check out today's link- Give Kids The World Challenge For Hope Virtual Run-

In today's vlog we head to Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom after the park finally reopens! This is our favorite Disney World park so we were definitely excited to see what's new and what it's like now that park safety procedures had changed. We started the day with a look at some of the physical distancing markers, crowd levels and ride wait times in Pandora: World of Avatar. The amount of distancing markers made me feel like they may be increasing the park's capacity at some point. There were way more markers than guests on this day for sure! The crowd levels were very very low which made it super easy to stay distant from other guests in the park. We also took a look at the relaxation zones in the park, Animal Kingdom only has two mask free zones, where as Magic Kingdom has three. Then we saw our first characters in the waterway on a pontoon boat, it was really neat how they're handling the characters in Animal Kindgom! I like it a lot honestly and hope they continue to do things like this in the future. We also ride our first ride of the day, Kilimanjaro Safari! We had a great safari ride and I did feel safe with the barriers they've installed between the rows but the barriers did make it harder to see the animals on the safari. After the safari we found a pin trading location and we talked to the castmember about the new pin trading procedures, it seems like it should be pretty similar as it was in the past, just with less contact. I'm just happy guests are still able to pin trade! It's such a fun activity to do while at the parks. Afterwards we head back to Dinoland USA and take a ride on Triceratops Spin to see what the park's crowd level looks like from a little higher up. We also see some Wilderness Explorers badge locations and give some info about how they're handling that activity now. Then we see some more characters as we head out of the park. I was impressed with how many characters we actually saw today! We saw Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Goofy, Chip & Dale, Daisy Duck, Donald Duck, Launchpad McQuack and Rafiki from the Lion King! All in all, it was a great day, and I hope this vid will help you if you're planning on visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom in the near future! Thank you for watching and we'll see you tomorrow with a new vid!

Walt Disney World Reopening Crowd Levels, Face Masks, & More

Walt Disney World Reopening Crowd Levels, Face Masks, & More

Disney's Magic Kingdom has reopened along with Disney's Animal Kingdom theme parks as part of the phased reopening of Walt Disney World. With crowd levels at limited capacity, social distancing, mandatory face masks, and on-ride safety enhancements, Walt Disney World reopening appears to be more concise than any other theme park property we've seen during the phased reopening process.

The Kingdom Report team discusses their first impressions of Disney's Magic Kingdom and Disney's Animal Kingdom returning and the new way of experiencing theme parks in a pandemic world as they also run down some of the most compelling Walt Disney World reopening crowd levels, face mask mandates, and more from the Cast Member and Annual Passholder previews to the general public reopening day.

It's a Walt Disney World reopening week discussion you don't want to miss!
