WHAT LIFE IS LIKE LIVING ABOARD A SAILBOAT | Boat Chores | Pago Pago Harbor, AMERICAN SAMOA

We've been living full-time on our bluewater sailboat in Pago Pago Harbor, American Samoa, for 4 months now!!

Sometimes its seems like just last week that we moved on and other times it seems crazy to think that we ever didn't live here. So, what have we been doing all this time and how are we enjoying living aboard?

See our daily, weekly, and monthly boat chores, as well as the bigger projects we've been working on.

We're grateful for all the interest that you all show in our new, alternative lifestyle and will keep you updated, especially when we take her out sailing for the first time.

WE'RE IN COVID LOCKDOWN... ON A SAILBOAT! | What Our Day Looks Like While Staying At Home

We're a family of 5 (and a cat), living on a 47-foot sailboat in the Pago Pago Harbor. Thanks to our sponsors, the first 1,000 people to use this link will get a 1-month free trial of Skillshare:

Once COVID hit our shores, we knew life was going to change.

While we may be a couple years behind the rest of the world, it doesn't make this any easier. Our kids are schooling at home, we're working from home, we're trying to stay away from other people as much as possible, and we're doing all this within the bounds of our lovely, but small floating home.

All things considered, we're actually doing pretty well. There's a little more screen time than we like and some of us are desperate for social interaction, but we're healthy, safe, and mostly happy.

If you have any helpful lockdown tips to make these days go smoother, we'd love to hear them!

We'll keep you posted and keep producing these videos as often as possible.

Tofa Soifua!

American Samoa South East side

I continue exploring the less traveled side of American Samoa.
Come with me and explore beautiful American Samoa.

Passage to American Samoa part 2

A rough one. Water enters the boat from a mysterious source, and I get 40 kn squalls, sustained 35 kn winds and a near knock down. This is a long one, but I really didn't want to cut too much.
I hope you enjoy.
