We visited on a whim after finding ourselves with extra time in South Africa when we went on Safari (see Safari video here - ) and all ended up falling in love with this beautiful African city. There's so much to see and do in and around the city and you could easily spend weeks here and still leave feeling like there's so much you still need to see and do here. In this episode, we are going to show you what you can do if you have a week in Cape Town, South Africa. I originally thought I only had 2 days in Cape Town before we sailed away for the Caribbean but due to a boat registration delay, we were stuck in Cape Town for 13 days.
We made the best of it and took advantage of what Cape Town and the surrounding area had to offer. This episode gives you 10 things we did that we would suggest anyone visiting should do.

Our extensive itinerary took 4 days to complete at an easy and relaxed pace, and we have managed to do it all with three kids on board.
Our accommodation was in the city with a clear view of Table Mountain. Saying that, if you are looking for places to stay whilst you explore the city of Cape Town South Africa and it's surroundings, we would recommend that you check out Camps Bay.
Camps bay offers a number of attractions, such as close proximity to the kid's friendly beach and a tonne of restaurants, and it also offers fantastic views over the Twelve Apostles mountain range.
