► The 80, presented at the 2019 Cannes Yachting Festival, is undoubtedly one of the most popular multiyachts in this size range – Rafael Nadal bought himself one last year. To begin with, the 80 Power is frankly imposing: no less than 10 feet (three meters) between the waterline and the guardrails. The bulwarks are raised for greater safety. As for the forward cockpit, this is accessible from the saloon through a watertight door. This unusual amount of freeboard allows for a very impressive interior volume: the headroom is well over 6’7” (2 meters) throughout. The owner's cabin is arranged as a huge suite in the starboard hull or on the main deck. The range of fittings, entirely customized, is infinite, with the galley either in the nacelle or in the hulls, the only constraints being the structural bulkheads.

Później, 80 Sunreef Power został nominowany do nagrody Best of Boats 2020 w kategorii Best for Travel. Jest największym jachtem w historii nagrody, jaki znalazł się na liście nominowanych jednostek!
Obecnie, 80 Sunreef Power jest największym prywatnym katamaranem motorowym w Chinach! Co więcej, właśnie tym, największym w Chinach katamaranem, pływaliśmy na naszym teście. Test, oczywiście był zorganizowany w stoczni, w Gdańsku, zanim jacht został dostarczony do Chin.
Popłynęliśmy nim z prędkością ponad 22 węzłów, ale przy prędkości około 8 węzłów, możemy spróbować pokonać ocean, bez dodatkowego uzupełniania paliwa!

Later, 80 Sunreef Power was nominated for the Best of Boats 2020 award in the Best for Travel category. It is the largest yacht in the history of the award that has been nominated!
Currently, 80 Sunreef Power is the largest private motor catamaran in China! What's more, it is the largest catamaran in China that we drove on our test. The test, of course, was organised in the shipyard, in Gdańsk, before the yacht was delivered to China.
Our top speed was over 22 knots, but at a speed of about 8 knots, we can try to cross the ocean, without any additional refuelling!

► Le 80, présenté au Cannes Yachts Festival 2019, est sans doute l’un des multiyachts les plus populaires dans ce segment de taille – Rafael Nadal s’en est offert un exemplaire il y a deux ans. Pour commencer, le 80 Power est franchement imposant : pas moins de trois mètres entre la flottaison et le bastingage. Les pavois sont encore rehaussés pour plus de sécurité. Quant au cockpit avant, il est accessible depuis le carré par une porte étanche. ► Sunreef Yachts has just launched the first example of its new Eco range. Though this might be an 80-footer, it is equipped with very advanced ecological technology, with the aim of envisaging cruising that’s entirely self-sufficient in terms of energy, that’s non-polluting, and silent... all without forgoing the luxury common to every Sunreef catamaran. The 80 Eco is capable, as announced, of supplying up to 36 kWp thanks to its innovative solar panels (ultralight, they are integrated into the hulls, the mast, the superstructures and the bimini). The electric propulsion is provided by twin 180 kW motors. Under sail, the Sunreef 80 Eco produces energy from the rotation of its two propellers. This hydrogeneration system is capable of producing more than 15 kWh when sailing at over 7 knots.

► Sunreef have launched a range with six models from 60 to 130 feet that are fully electric. The 80 Sunreef Power Eco, the first model on order from the Gdansk Shipyard, promises silent, non-polluting cruising and infinite range. Sunreef’s plan is to reconcile yachting and ecology: by operating a vast multiyacht platform, the builder has succeeded in installing 2150 sq ft (200 m²) of light and ultramodern solar panels - producing up to 36 kWp of electricity. The 80 Sunreef Power Eco will also be equipped with a high-tech battery bank: 30% lighter than the batteries used in the yachting industry, with a density of less than 13 lbs (6 kg) / kWh with greater efficiency and performance. This fully customizable luxury catamaran can be equipped with a kite for enhanced performance and range.
