Is Disney World Reopening Falling Apart?
In recent weeks at Walt Disney World Resort we've seen temporary closures, unfortunate maintenance issues and even sinking Splash Mountain logs, leading us to ask the question: Is Disney World reopening falling apart?
Recent incidents of missing show elements and mechanical problems on Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress and the Gran Fiesta Tour at Epcot, along with prolonged issues with the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover and the Walt Disney World monorail have become increasingly concerning at a place that was once celebrated for its aggressive preventative maintenance.
The Kingdom Report team discusses whether or not the Disney World reopening of theme parks is literally falling apart or if it all just happens to be coincidental timing. As the phased reopening of Disney World has happened, even less attractions have been offered overall due to the global pandemic, which means those Disney World rides that are operating should be in excellent condition.
