Shocking Facts How Japanese Kids are Raised

Get 10% off (save up to $47!) your own authentic Japanese snack box from Bokksu using my link and code PAOLO10

Raising Japanese children can be quite different compared to the rest of the world. Different Japanese customs and Japanese traditions lend to a different way a Japanese baby or Japanese child is raised. As Japanese kids grow, they are typically taught empathy, how to care about Japanese group harmony and to think about others. As a Japanese baby, most of their time is spent with their Japanese mother and they grow up in the same bedroom. In fact, many Japanese don't leave the house until after they get married. Japanese children are also taught to ride public transportation like ride a Japanese train or ride a Japanese bus in the middle of Tokyo or any other large Japanese city. These are just some of the examples in the video of how shockingly Japanese are raised differently from the rest of the world. Let me know in the comments how it relates to your country.

Why Japanese Don't Like Foreigners

10 Reasons Why Japanese Don't Like Foreigners. Thanks to Squarespace, get 10% Off: Japan tourists or foreigners coming to Japan may not understand Japanese culture because of this some Japanese dislike foreigners for not understanding Japanese manner and etiquette. As a generalization, Japanese follow the rules and get frustrated when people don't follow those rules, but often time they generally avoid confrontation when they have these sort of issues. Based on my experience, this is why Japanese don't like foreigners and tourists and what they are really thinking when foreigners break the rules. I can't stress enough that these are generalizations and not everyone is like this as everyone is unique, but for the purpose of this video and to show what Japanese may be getting pissed off about, I speak in general terms. These are my Japan tips for tourists to help them understand Japanese manners so they don't make those tourist mistakes in Japan or in that they may be unknowingly viewed as misbehaving tourists in Japan. Although some Japanese hate foreigners for doing things in the video, some other Japanese may be okay with the behavior but again I am speaking in general terms. In general, I don't think foreigners want to be rude tourists in Japan, but because they don't understand Japanese rules or Japanese manner they make the classical foreigner mistakes in Japan. These are must-know Japan tips to and a Japan guide when visiting Japan.

Disclaimer: as I said in the video, not all Japanese companies are like this. In fact, Japan is slowly changing. Some large companies will not allow over time work and they will make sure you use up all your annual leaves. But when I worked in Japan a few years ago, it was like how I acted in the skits.

Japanese people are the most polite people. #japantravel

One of the most notable things we've noticed in Japan is that the Japanese people are truly the most polite people in the world. We laughed when we turned the corner and saw this music playing was actually connected to a garbage truck rather than an ice cream truck. It just solidified our opinion that the Japanese people are the most polite!

In NYC, which is where we lived for 10 years, the garbage trucks are very intense, very loud, hold up traffic, making the honking pile on, and just overall are very aggressive. This was so well organized, so cute, so quiet, and the people were so friendly.
