Here I try to take the Noodler's Ahab and make it into a serious flex pen that can compete with other more expensive pens.

Here's a fountain pen that doesn't get the recognition it deserves: the Kaigelu 316A. It's inexpensive, well built, beautiful, and the nibs are among the best Chinese nibs I've ever used. I've had a couple of them for years, but recently added several more to my collection, and they're still excellent fountain pens.

Eureka Symmetry Super-Plastic Fountain Pen Review : A Korean-Made Beauty
About a month ago, someone from Eureka Pens in Korea contacted me and asked if I wanted to review their Symmetry fountain pen, and of course I did! They sent it to me to review, but as always, they had no input or oversight in the review, so this is still as honest as possible. This is their website address:
This pen is made of a thermopastic called PEEK, a high-strength, high-temperature, chemical resistant engineering plastic that is quite expensive. In this review, I discuss the build quality, design, and feel of the pen. And I really like it.

Ink Review: MontBlanc Lavender Purple Ink
Here I review an ink by MontBlanc, by the title of Lavender Purple (Fancy!). Here-in may be found my own thoughts and opinions on the matter, as well as some test results I have for (among other factors) water-resistance on Clairefontaine, Rhodia, Copier Paper, Mead Notebook Paper, Tomoe River Paper, and Moleskine papers, and using a Waterman Hemisphéré with a (very!) Fine nib, and a Hero 616 with a Broad (and wet!) nib as a pen for these tests/experiments.

Fountain Pen Noob: Pilot Kakuno Medium Nib comparison
I tried the Pilot Kakuno F nib fountain pen and found that it was a little bit too find for my liking compared to the LAMY Safari F.
Since Shopee always gives you a reason for online shopping, I went ahead and got myself another Pilot Kakuno. This time with medium nib to use with a bunch of cartridges that I have.
The M nib writes more like the Lamy Safari F nib in my opinion.
The Ranga Splendour Fountain Pen: My Thoughts On Another Hand-Made Indian Pen
Ranga is firmly among my very favorite Indian fountain pen makers; they're wonderful to work with, and their pens are beautifully made and not outrageously priced. This Splendour is a large pen but is remarkably comfortable to write with.

This is a Red LAMY safari Fine Nib Fountain Pen which I bought off Amazon. I bought it for the rare times I actually sign any documents. As I don't like medium nibs I wanted to get a fine fountain pen. This would actually make a great gift, the box alone has the initial interesting value and I got quite a lot of questions about what it was from people wandering past. I bought some red lamy ink too, and this is the business.
