Walking in STOCKHOLM / Sweden ????????- 4K 60fps (UHD)
Stockholm is the capital of Sweden and the largest city of the country. There are 14 islands and more than 50 bridges connecting several parts of this archipelago.
We start our walk on the central Sergels square and one of the central points in Stockholm. From there we stroll along the Drottninggatan towards the Gamla stan island.
There in the Gamla stan old town we enjoy the atmosphere, that fall brings to Stockholm. We visit the Stockholm Cathedral and after a few more streets in the old town we head back to the commercial area - Norrmalm.
Passing the Almarna park we walk all around. It is quickly getting darker so we head to the train station and end the walk at the Stadshuset, the Stockholm City hall.

The City Hall
Stockholm City Hall, with its spire featuring the golden Three Crowns, is one of the most famous silhouettes in Stockholm. It is one of the country’s leading examples of national romanticism in architecture. The City Hall was designed by the architect Ragnar Östberg is built from eight million bricks. The 106 meter tall tower has the three crowns, which is the Swedish national coat of arms, at its apex. Behind the magnificent facades are offices and session halls for politicians and officials, as well as splendid assembly rooms and unique works of art. Stockholm’s municipal council meets in Rådssalen, the Council Chamber

I started at Munchenbryggeriet which was a beer brewery and now rebuilt for a lot of activities. Then I walked through Söder Mälarstrand with the old ships to Slussen which is under recontruction. Then I was in Gamla Stan and The Royal Palace. As usual I admired Riksdagshuset on my way to the commuter station.

A couple weeks ago, I was fortunate enough to spend the weekend in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. Stockholm is absolutely gorgeous in autumn! Since magic hour lasts basically all day due to the low-hanging sun, it is an absolute treat to visit the city with a camera.
