A thorough appraisal of Man's effect on the Natural World as we understood it in the early 1990s. As it turns out, we had a very full understanding of what we had done and where things were heading.. We also seemed to have worked out the answers to mitigate the changes that we were causing and are now increasingly witnessing. So why after 25 years of this knowledge are our leaders still just talking around the same solutions and not concentrating on implementing them with more vigour?
