Tengzhou, formerly known as Teng County, is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province, and is under the administration of Zaozhuang City. Tengzhou is adjacent to Shanting District in the east, bordered by Xuecheng District in the south, connected to Weishan County in Jining City in the west, and bordered by Zoucheng City in Jining City in the north. It lies between longitude 116°49′-117°24′ East and latitude 34°50′-35°17′ North, with a total area of about 1,495 square kilometers.
