Збаразький замок, Тернопільщина. Цікаві місця Тернопілля
В історії Збаража існувало 2 замки - старий і новий. Найвидатнішою пам'яткою міста є новий замок. Його будівництво розпочав Христофор Збаразький - учень Галілео Галілея. У плані замок має вигляд квадрату із висунутими наперед наріжниками. Укріплення складаються із казематових валів, 4 бастіонів і рову близько 40 м завширшки. Після смерті Христофора будівництво завершив Юрій Збаразький, відомий дипломат. Після смерті Ю.Збаразького, замком володіли князі Вишнівецькі, а згодом - Потоцькі. Незабаром після будівництва (1649 р.) замок витримав тривалу облогу військ Б. Хмельницького (про ці події оповідає роман Вогнем і мечем польського письменника Г. Сенкевича, який екранізований Є. Гофманом). Результатом цієї військової компанії стало підписання Зборівського договору.
Сьогодні замок належить до Національно-архітектурного заповідника Замки Тернопілля.

In the history of Zbarazh there were 2 castles - old and new. An outstanding attraction of the city is the new castle. Its construction began by Christopher Zbarazhsky - a student of Galileo Galilei. In the plan, the castle has the form of a square with angles extended forward. The fortifications consist of casemate ramparts, 4 bastions and a moat about 40 m wide. After the death of Christopher, construction was completed by Yuri Zbarazhsky, a famous diplomat. After the death of Y. Zbarazhsky, the castle was owned by the princes Vishnevetsky, and later Potocki. Shortly after construction (1649), the castle withstood a prolonged siege of B. Khmelnitsky’s troops (the novel “Fire and Sword” by the Polish writer G. Senkevich, which was adapted by E. Hoffman, narrates about these events). The result of this military company was the signing of the Zboriv agreement.
Today the castle belongs to the National-Architectural Reserve Castles of Ternopil region.

Як виглядає Збаразький замок? Замки Тернопільщини
???? Збаразький замок - це унікальна фортеця на Тернопільщині, яку можна побачити у кінострічці «Вогнем і мечем» режисера Єжи Гоффмана. Замок у Збаражі один із найкраще збережених в Україні. Він дуже мальовничий і вражає могутністю.
???? Сьогодні фортеця є частиною історико-культурного заповідника. У її кімнатах зберігається понад 10 тисяч цікавих експонатів, серед яких унікальна середньовічна зброя, колекція сакрального мистецтва, антикварні меблі. На подвір’ї замку можна побачити криницю, глибиною 70 метрів!
☺А під фортецею, за місцевими оповідками, пролягає тунель, який колись з’єднував Збаразький замок з монастирем отців Бернардинів.

Sharovsky Castle. Ukraine, Kharkiv region.
Sharovka - a former landowner's estate in the village of Sharovka in the Kharkov region on the bank of the river Merchik.
The farmstead was founded in the village of Sharovka in 1836 by the landlord Savva Olkhovsky. Savva Vasilievich received a village from Catherine II being a retired major.
Later the estate was lost in cards (according to another version it was just sold) to the brothers Gebenshtreinam. During the possession of the estate the brothers repaired the house itself, completed the greenhouses, gates, fence and house for guards. And one of the brothers, Christian - an amateur botanist, was carried away by creating a park around the manor, and filled it with exotic plants. The park area of about 40 hectares is located on the slopes of a large beam.
In 1881, the estate was purchased by the rich sugar producer Leopold Koenig, and along with his sons continued to improve it: he expanded and enriched the existing buildings and parks, inviting famous and fashionable European specialists for this. The estate acquired its final appearance both externally and internally by 1912.

Строительство замка осуществляли братья Юрий и Христофор Збаражские. После смерти Юрия Збаражского в 1636 году замок перешёл князьям Вишневецким, которые укрепили оборонные сооружения.
Со всех сторон Збаражский замок окружают высокие валы с внешней стороны, окруженные глубокими рвами.
До наших времен сохранился ров вокруг крепости, через который лежит каменный мост. Высота старых стен оборонительного сооружения составляла 12 метров, а толщина вместе с земляными валами 23 метра.
На вооружении крепости стояло около 50-ти пушек. Замок имел мощнейшую оборону, прорваться сквозь которую было достаточно сложно.
На территории расположен дворец в стиле ренессанса и казематы, ограждающие крепость на расстоянии 10 метров. А также колодец глубиной 70 метров.
Замок сыграл ключевую роль в 1649 году во время восстания запорожских казаков под предводительством Богдана Хмельницкого; по итогам осады Збаража был подписан Зборовский договор. У стен крепости получил тяжёлое ранение казацкий полковник Иван Богун. Эти события нашли отражение в знаменитом романе «Огнём и мечом»...
После смерти последнего из рода Вишнивецких крепость становится собственностью Потоцких.
Сейчас, в залах дворца действует краеведческий музей работают выставочные залы с тематическими экспозициями, картинной галереей, музейными отделами, а в подземелье - выставка старинных орудий, которые использовали для пыток.
