A traveler's ideal gateway to the Middle East is Jordan. The location is safe and welcoming, bringing visitors close to natural beauties and providing them with first-rate hospitality. The Dead Sea is another option where you can unwind after a long day of sightseeing and indulge in some much-needed pampering at one of the numerous opulent beachfront resorts.

Therefore, we'll talk about the top 10 Jordanian tourist destinations in this video.

Number 10. Desert Castles.

The Desert Castles are a collection of archaeological structures located in the Zarqa Governorate, which stretches from Amman to the Saudi Arabian border. Around the beginning of the seventh century, the Umayyads constructed these ancient Islamic structures.

Number 9. Dead Sea.

A must-do activity in Jordan is floating in the Dead Sea. This body of water is situated 418 metres below sea level, making it the lowest spot on Earth that is reachable by a road.

There are a several places from which one can enter the Dead Sea, including Amman Beach.

Number 8. Umm Qais.
Around 110 kilometres (68 miles) to the south of the capital Amman, Umm Qais is frequented by tourists who travel there for the day to see the huge ruins and take in the panoramic views.

Number 7. Aqaba.

You don't think you can go on a beach holiday in the scorching, arid Middle East? Think again. Tourists can enjoy vacations on the stunning Red Sea shoreline in Aqaba, a seaside resort on Jordan's southern edge.

From Aqaba, you can dive, snorkel, swim, or float. On one of the daily cruises that the nearby hotels offer, you can also venture out onto the blue water.

Number 6. Karak castle.

Historically, Kerak Castle served to safeguard the property of crusader kingdoms in the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem, but today, its function is much more routine. There are about 350,000 people living in the city that borders Kerak Castle, which is a lively tourist destination.

Number 5. Ajlon castle.

Visitors who wish to view some of the nicest natural landscapes in all of Jordan should make the drive to Ajloun, which is just 20 kilometres northwest of Jerash. The region is covered in wildflowers in the spring, which provides amazing photo opportunity.

Number 4. Wadi Rum.

One of the most breathtaking vistas on earth may be found in Jordan's southern region, in a place called Wadi Rum. This sandstone and granite rock valley, also known as the Valley of the Moon, is an unearthly experience with towering cliffs, enormous dunes, swirling archways,

You can witness petroglyphs of people and antelopes in the Khazali Canyon, which may date back as far as the eighth century BC, if you ask your tour guide to take you there.

Number 3. Jerash Ruins.

Visiting the ruins at Jerash is the closest approach to time travel there is. It is one of the best-preserved ancient Roman cities in the world and is home to amazing attractions, including temples, colonnaded streets, and a huge sports arena with room for 15,000 spectators.

Hadrian's Arch is the first stop on tourists' viewing tours of the Jerash ruins. When you realise that the about 11-meter-tall structure was previously twice as large, it is astounding.

Number 2. Roman Ruins in Amman.

Fantastic archaeological sites can be found in Jordan without having to travel all the way to Petra. In fact, there are a number of fascinating ruins in Amman, the country's capital (where you'll likely arrive from overseas), several of which are nearby one another.

The Amman Citadel is one of the most well-known ruins, so head downtown to visit it. Around the Citadel, archaeologists have discovered items that indicate it has been inhabited since at least the Bronze Age.

Number 1. Petra.

Be ready to be astounded by Petra. Since the long-lost city was rediscovered by Swiss explorer Jean Louis Burckhardt more than 200 years ago, this attraction, one of the New7Wonders of the World, has astounded visitors in the present day.

To see all the top attractions in and around Petra, which include more than 800 registered sites, you'll need at least two days. If you do, however, have extra time, you won't regret spending it here. It's an experience unlike any other to stroll through a city this old and in such good shape.

This is it for today's video. Make sure to like our video and subscribe to our channel before you leave.

HARASSED in Petra (The side of Petra they don’t show you) البتراء الاردن ????????

My first day in Petra was an eye-opener, and whilst Jordan is full of kind and friendly people, there are a lot of scammers and salesmen that prey on tourists at this world wonder.

I was harassed in Petra as soon as I went through the first turnstile, and in this video is a side of Petra that they don’t show you.

Watch as I head from the entrance to the Petra archaeological site to the iconic Treasury building, and meet some interesting characters along the way.

Jordan Travel Guide - Glamorous Unforgettable Moments

Jordan Travel Guide - Glamorous Unforgettable Moments

Jordan is a country in Middle East that is almost land-locked save for a small 28km outlet on the Red Sea in the Gulf of Aqaba and a frontage on the Dead Sea). Jordanian culture is fairly homogeneous, but you will probably notice a fairly distinct social difference between the Bedouin areas, particularly in the South and urban West Ammanites, for example.

Cities & Destinations of Jordan :

Amman — largest city and the cultural, economic and political capital of the kingdom

Aqaba — beach resort located on the Gulf of Aqaba, with links to the Sinai and the Red Sea

Irbid — university city that is second largest metropolitan area in the north of the kingdom

Jerash — boasts one of the largest and best preserved Roman ruins in the Middle East
Karak

Madaba — cosy town known for its mosaics and churches

Zarqa — third largest metropolitan area of the kingdom

Dana Nature Reserve — Stay in a village little changed since the 15th century, enjoy unforgettable hiking in an offshoot of the Great Rift.

Service taxis (servees) cover much the same routes as buses. Service taxis are definitely more expensive than minibuses, but a lot faster and more convenient. Regular taxis are abundant in most cities. Hitching is very easy in Jordan especially along local roadways and the old King's Highway. People are very friendly and will almost always stop to pick someone up for a ride even if they are only going 5 minutes down the road.

Much of Jordan's more dramatic scenery requires 4x4 vehicles with drivers or guides familiar with the territory. Most people visiting Jordan opt for organised tours, although it is possible to use local guides from the various visitors' centres at Jordan's eco-nature reserves. These include Wadi Rum, the Dana Reserve and Iben Hamam. The majority of tourists crossing into Jordan from Israel are on one-day Petra tours or in organised tour groups. They make up a significant percent of the daily visitors in Petra and Jordan's natural attractions. Shared tours are organized through a hotel Arab Tower Hotel.

Jordanian cuisine is quite similar to fare served elsewhere in the region. The daily staple being khobez, a large, flat bread sold in bakeries across the country for a few hundred fils. Delicious when freshly baked. Amman has an abundance of 5 and 4 star hotels. In addition there is good number of 3 star hotels and there are plenty of 2 star and 1 star hotels in downtown Amman which are very cheap, and there are plenty of tourists, especially those that are passing by stay in these hotels. Be advised that there are two scales of rating the hotels in Jordan. There are the standard, Western-style 5-star hotels such as the Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, etc, and then there are the local 5-star establishments.

ANOTHER SIDE Of Amman, Jordan ???????? جانب آخر من عمان ، الأردن

After exploring Abdali Mall, I have arrived at The Boulevard in Amman. The Boulevard is a more modern and fancy part of Amman with high skyscrapers, expensive shops, and fancy food places. Even I am not a big fan of such places, it was great to see and experience a more luxurious part of Amman and how fast it is developing.

Enjoy the video and let me know your thoughts.
