北京故宫博物院：The palace museum in winter（Beijing, China）
故宮為中國明、清兩代（西元1368～1911年）的皇宮，依照中國古代星象學說，紫微垣（即北極星）位於中天，乃天帝所居，天人對應，所以故宮又稱紫禁城。明代第三位皇帝朱棣在奪取帝位後，決定遷都北京，西元1406年即開始以南京故宮為藍本營造宮殿 ，至明永樂十八年（西元1420年）落成。1911年，辛亥革命推翻了中國最後的封建帝制——清王朝，1924年愛新覺羅·溥儀被逐出宮禁。

Xiqing District, a district under the jurisdiction of Tianjin, is one of the four ring districts of Tianjin. It is located in the southwest of Tianjin, downstream of the Haihe River basin. It is adjacent to Hongqiao District, Nankai District, Hexi District and Jinan District in the east, connected to Binhai New Area in the southeast, across the river from Jinghai District in the south by Duliu Minus River, bordering Wuqing District and Bazhou City in Hebei Province in the west, and bordering Beichen District by Ziya River in the north, with a total area of 557 km2. 2020, Xiqing District has a resident population of 1,195,100 and a registered population of 465,900. As of October 2021, Xiqing District has 4 streets and 7 towns under its jurisdiction. The district government is located at No. 2, Fuqian Street, Yangliuqing Town.
In 1953, it was established as Tianjin Jinxi Suburban District, which was formerly under Tianjin County, but the part under Jinghai County remained unchanged; in 1962, it was still called Xijiao District, relying on the territory formerly assigned to Nankai District and the territory formerly assigned to Tianjin downtown by Jinghai County of Hebei Province; in 1992, it was changed to Xiqing District. Xiqing District is a national sanitary city, a national civilized city, a national digital village pilot area, the sixth batch of counties to take the lead in the basic realization of the full mechanization of major crop production, and a pilot county for rooftop distributed photovoltaic development.

Four well-known international Tianjin restaurants participated in the promotion of European Pork during two weeks in April 2021, with the creation of an EU pork menu, which included different dishes with EU pork as the main ingredient.
A promotional inauguration event took place in one of the restaurants, where selected professionals and consumers had the pleasure of enjoying a tasting menu specifically designed by a high-level experienced chef, accompanied by European wine pairing.

Delight in Yee Yuen (怡園): Recently, we employed an experienced chef from U.S.A. (สหรัฐอเมริกา), he is familiar with cooking, his exquisite craftsmanship on cakes, foods and beverages. Strange flowers, precious herbs, rare birds, exotic beasts are displayed in our garden. It is suitable to play in the autumn, women and men just like playing in the painting.
The host of Yee Yuen (怡園) on lunar 1st August of Rabbit year (พ.ศ. ๒๔๔๖), i.e.: 21st September, 1903 (Monday).
怡園怡情（delight in Yee Yuen）：近由金山（U.S.A.）請到巧手廚子（experienced chef），烹飪適宜，所製餅（cakes）、食（foods）、茶水（beverages）均極精美。園內更有琪花（strange flowers）、異草（precious herbs）、珍禽（rare birds）、奇獸（exotic beasts），當此秋高氣爽（autumn），游興最豪，紅袖（women）、青衫（men），洵畫中人物也。（Manchu dynasty）光緒廿九年（พ.ศ. ๒๔๔๖）八月初一日（21st September, 1903, Monday），怡園（Yee Yuen）謹啟。
Yee Yuen (怡園) was a deluxe class western restaurant (ร้านอาหา รตะวันตก) with a Chinese style garden, amusement park, it employed a chef from U.S.A. (สหรัฐอเมริกาเท่านั้น), offered steak (สเต็ก), cakes (เค้ก) and breads (และขนมปัง), spaghetti (ปาเก็ตตี้), ..., etc., potted plants are sold in Yee Yuen (怡園) too, which was opened in lunar January of Rabbit year (癸卯, i.e.: 1903). located in a small canyon in Wong Nai Chung Gap Road (黃泥涌峽道), Happy Valley, Hong Kong (ฮ่องกง), just on the right of the Yue Yuen amusement park (愉園).
怡園（Yee Yuen）乃一所豪華西餐館（western restaurant）附設一個中國式花園（Chinese style garden）、遊樂場（amusement park），它僱用一名來自美國（U.S.A.）的大廚（chef），提供牛排（steak）、蛋糕（cakes）與麵包（breads）、意大利粉（spaghetti）等菜肴；怡園（Yee Yuen）亦販賣盆栽植物（potted plants），它在農曆癸卯兔年正月（Lunar January of Rabbit Year (癸卯, i.e.: 1903)）開幕。位於香港（Hong Kong）跑馬地（Happy Valley）黃泥涌峽道（Wong Nai Chung Gap Road）的一個小峽谷（small canyon）裡，跑馬地，即愉園遊樂園（Yue Yuen amusement park）的右邊。
Yee Yuen (怡園) has 1.3 Hectare (i.e.: 3.2 acres, or ๘ ไร่) in area, natural streams (ลำธาร) form waterfalls (น้ำตก) and ponds (บ่อ), its boss built up pavilions and buildings, woods and flower paths; a mini zoo (มินิ สวน สัตว์) displays various birds (นก), rabbits (กระต่าย), monkeys (ลิง), ......, etc.
怡園（Yee Yuen）面積（area）約1.3公頃（1.3 Hectares or 3.2 acres or 8 Thai Rai），由幾道天然山溪（natural streams）組成瀑布（waterfalls）及池塘（ponds），主人建設了亭臺樓閣（pavilions and buildings）、樹林（woods）與花徑（flower paths）；迷你動物園（mini zoo）展出各種鳥類（birds）、白兔子（rabbits）及猴子（monkeys）等珍禽猛獸。
In 1920s, starting from Shek Tong Tsui (石塘嘴), firstly take a tram (รถราง) for the Central Market (ตลาด เซ็นทรัล; 中環街市), and transit for a carriage of Lung Fei horse company (龍飛馬房), it could directly access to Yee Yuen (怡園)’s main entrance.
在20世紀20年代（1920s），從石塘嘴（Shek Tong Tsui）出發，首先搭乘電車（tram）到中環街市（Central Market），再轉乘龍飛馬房（Lung Fei horse company）的馬車（carriage），便可直達怡園（Yee Yuen）的正門（main entrance）。
As electric light bulbs (หลอดไส้) was installed in Yee Yuen amusement park (怡園遊樂場), it is operated until midnight.
由於怡園（Yee Yuen）已安裝電燈泡（electric light bulbs），晚上燈火通明，營業（business hours）至午夜（midnight）。
Yee Yuen (怡園) was operated by Hop Hing Company (合慶社), they held 4 nights firework displays from lunar 3rd to 6th March of dog year (i.e.: 12th to 15th April, 1910, Tuesday to Friday).
怡園（Yee Yuen）由合慶社（Hop Hing Company）營運，它們在農曆庚戌狗年三月初三至初六日（即佛曆二四五三年（清朝宣統二年）4月12日至15日，星期二至星期五），舉辦一連四晚的放煙花活動（firework displays activities）。
