CUERNAVACA by DRONE 4K | Beautiful Town near Mexico City | Best Places To Visit in Mexico
Cuernavaca drone footage and timelapse. Cuernavaca is a beautiful town located 85 kilometers from Mexico City. It is the capital of Mexico’s Morelos state, surrounded by the Tepozteco Mountains south of Mexico City. The colonial city center features the 16th-century Palace of Cortés, former home of Spanish conqueror Hernán Cortés and now a history museum with murals by Mexican artist Diego Rivera. Just southwest is Cuernavaca Cathedral, in a 1500s walled monastery complex with a mural depicting Mexico’s first saint. The city is an important historical destination full of colonial and pre Hispanic treasures.
Things to see in Cuernavaca:
The charming Historical Center of Cuernavaca has the charm of a province, with its colonial buildings, fountains, parks and ravines. In downtown, you can find the Cathedral, the Palacio de Cortés (Cortés Palace) which houses the Museo de Cuauhnahuac (Museum of Cuauhnahuac), the Jardín Borda, the Government Palace, the Jardín Juarez, the Parque Ecológico Chapultepec (Chapultepec ecological park), the Amanalco ravine, the Chapitel del Calvario and the Robert Brady Museum, among other attractions.

Hacienda San Antonio el Puente Xochitepec Morelos | Haciendas en México
Hotel Hacienda San Antonio El Puente inicia como un ingenio azucarero en el siglo XVIII, posteriormente funge como productora de alcohol de caña hasta mediados del siglo pasado.
En el año 2005, fue adquirida por Fiesta Americana, quienes con una gran visión lograron restaurarla y dotarla de la infraestructura necesaria para atender a todos aquellos clientes que por razones de índole comercial o de placer deseen vivir la experiencia de El Espíritu de una Época
El hotel Hacienda San Antonio El Puente ofrece 60 habitaciones elegantemente decoradas en un estilo colonial mexicano, todas las categorías cuentan con la opción de 1 cama King size o 2 camas matrimoniales. Estas habitaciones están divididas en 4 categorías; 1 Master Suite, 8 Júnior Suites, 10 Habitaciones De Luxe y 41 habitaciones Superior.

A tan solo 15 minutos de Cuernavaca se encuentra una hermosa hacienda del siglo XVIII, perfectamente cuidada, que brinda relajación y descanso entre la naturaleza.
Antes de transformarse en hotel; el lugar sirvió para la producción de azúcar, los dueños eran, Don Ramón Portillo Gómez y su esposa Doña Dolores Sollano de Portillo. Con éxito, Don Ramón de dedicó a transformar las tierras de la hacienda para lograr una mejor siembra, convirtiéndose en uno de los mayores productores de caña y después de aguardiente.
En 1909 un decreto del Ejecutivo obligó a los propietarios a realizar una manifestación de sus bienes para efecto de actualizar los avalúos. El Puente, que en esos momentos pertenecía a Doña María Portillo de Díez de Sollano por herencia de su padre en 1900, contaba con 1,609 hectáreas de terreno, 146 cabezas de ganado bovino, 257 de mular manso y 96 caballos.
Al término de la Revolución y para llevar a efecto el reparto agrario en esta hacienda, que en ese entonces ya contaba con 3,716 hectáreas, se tomó para los ejidos de Xochitepec, Alpuyeca, El puente, Atlacholoaya y Xoxocotla, al casco le quedó un remanente de 42 hectáreas.
Por los años sesenta la huerta se convirtió en un fraccionamiento, que colinda con la autopista hacia Acapulco, con el gancho de que el casco iba a ser la “casa club”, cosa que nunca fue así, transformándose luego en balneario popular con el nombre de “Real del Puente”.
Hoy es una hacienda elegante que cuenta con 7 jardines que conviven en equilibrio con la arquitectura; dos restaurante, uno de comida mexicana y otro para degustar platillos nacionales e internacionales; 88 habitaciones de estilo colonial, un bar para disfrutar bebidas nacionales e internacionales con un ambiente característico de las cantinas de antaño y terraza exclusivamente para grupos.

hoy conocimos la hacienda SAN ANTONIO EL PUENTE, ubicada en xochitepec morelos. que al día de hoy forma parte del Hotel Fiesta Amerciana.
El lugar me pareció realmente majestuoso, puesto que la hacienda se conserva en muy buen estado, cuenta con jardines increibles, albercas y servicio de restaurant buffete. ademas, cuenta con un cafe starbucks los cuales puedes visitar sin necesidad de hospedarte.
el lugar esta precioso para ir a pasear o tomarte fotos.
