Estancia Villa María, Argentina
La Estancia Villa María fue fundada por Vicente Pereda a fines del siglo XIX y desde su origen fue un establecimiento precursor de la zona ganadera camino a Cañuelas.
Comprende 655 hectáreas con un patrimonio paisajístico y arquitectónico único. El casco primitivo fue comprado en el año 1890 y en 1919, su hijo, Celedonio Pereda, encomendó al célebre arquitecto Alejandro Bustillo la construcción de la actual casa estilo Tudor-Normando con todos los materiales traídos de Europa, para ser utilizada como residencia de verano.
El paisajista Benito Javier Carrasco, trabajó en su parquización. La combinación de innumerables especies arbóreas, el colorido cambiante de más de 300 especies que se perciben en las distintas épocas del año y los senderos peatonales hacen del parque un marco excepcional.
Desde ese entonces y durante décadas Villa María fue protagonista de innumerables eventos familiares y sociales que escribieron gran parte de la historia Argentina.
Allí donde el relieve serpentea entre el llano y lo ondulado, uno no puede negarse a realizar distendidas caminatas. Se pueden admirar las antiguas esculturas que se encuentran a lo largo del paseo que majestuosamente intercalara Carrasco cuando imaginó el diseño y la simetría de toda su extensión.
Cuenta con 11 habitaciones de lujo en el casco principal y actualmente estamos renovando 5 cuartos adicionales en nuestra casa francesa.
Ofrece paseos a caballo y en carruaje, canchas de tenis, futbol, volley, circuito de golf de 18 hoyos y un paseo botánico único en Argentina.
El casco presenta dos plantas con interiores que cubren tres mil metros cuadrados, exquisitamente distribuidos y es una de las opciones con mayor capacidad de alojamiento del turismo rural con todas las comodidades de un hotel de lujo.
Las confortables y suntuosas habitaciones de estilo único y exclusivo entre la casa principal y la de huéspedes. En ella se atesoran valiosas antigüedades, pinturas y obras de arte de renombrados artistas.
Todas están equipadas con cama Queen Size, sábanas de algodón egipcio de 300 hilos, batas, pantuflas y secador de cabello, servicio de apertura, TV LCD satelital y DVD, servicio de lavandería y tintorería, room service, servicio turndown con amenidades, y ventilador de techo.
Además, la estancia cuenta con una cava de vinos para degustaciones, un salón para reuniones privadas, internet Wi- Fi sin cargo, biblioteca y sala de billar.
El interior se prolonga hacia el parque a través de galerías y terrazas que unen la majestuosa arquitectura del hotel con el impactante parque.
El restaurante gourmet, entre sus opciones ofrece platos de autor, inspirados en la cocina de campo y adornados con técnicas culinarias mediterráneas y de oriente que resaltan lo mejor de cada estación. Esta fusión hace que los sabores de Villa María conserven la identidad regional de una tradicional estancia de campo.
La Estancia cuenta también, con un salón privado con capacidad para 120 personas, situado a metros del Casco Principal. Allí pueden organizarse reuniones de trabajo, capacitaciones y eventos en un entorno único y con todo el equipamiento necesario: proyector, rotafolio, pantalla, conexión de banda ancha y WiFi.
Villa Maria nos ofrece un descanso único en un ambiente soñado a solo 50 minutos del centro de Buenos Aires y donde paz y tranquilidad son moneda corriente para los pasajeros que allí se alojan.
