Wii, endelig ferietur - bli med oss på roadtrip langs kysten i Sør-Sverige!????????
Om turen:
Jeg og kjæresten min har på forhånd planlagt en tur fra oss (Nes, Viken) til Halden, før vi krysser grensa til Sverige ved Vassbotten. Herfra fant vi alle småveiene som gikk langs kysten og ned til Göteborg, hvor vi i nærheten booket oss inn på en liten hytte via Airbnb. Dette er vel egentlig planen for resten av turen også, finne steder vi har sett på og ønsker å dra til når vi er her, ikke stresse med noen ting, og booke oss inn og ut av hytter, små hus som vi har bestilt på forhånd. Dette er veldig enkelt, et rimeligere alternativ enn hotell (stort sett), og tipp topp for oss som stort sett er ute å kjører, titter, spiser, nyter og kun trenger et sted å sove for natta før vi kjører videre????

Wii, final holiday trip - join us on a road trip along the coast in southern Sweden!????????
About the trip:
Me and my boyfriend have planned a trip from us (Nes, Viken) to Halden in advance, before we cross the border to Sweden at Vassbotten. From here we found all the small roads that ran along the coast and down to Gothenburg, where we booked into a small cabin nearby via Airbnb. This really is the plan for the rest of the trip too. Find places we have seen and want to go to when we are here, don't stress about anything, and book us in and out of cabins, small houses that we have booked in advance . This is very simple, a more affordable option than a hotel (mostly), and tip top for us who are mostly out driving, watching, eating, enjoying and only need a place to sleep for the night before we drive on.

Varberg, Sweden - A weekend trip to Varberg - Hallands län, Sverige
In this visit to Sweden vlog we are roaming around the seaside town of Varberg. It is a must visit place if you love beautiful long sandy beaches and historical places such as Varberg Fortress(Varbergs Fästning). Varberg is also famous for its many health spas. A walk along the long promenade along the sea is a must. During summer swim in long sandy and shallow beaches while, during windy season the beaches of Varberg becomes a paradise for wave surfing. The city center of varberg is itself an open-air art gallery, as one will find art pieces and sculptures at every corner. Although one can easily visit Varberg from Gothenburg on a day trip, but to enjoy the place to its fullest, we spent a weekend there.
This video is an inspiration for you to travel to Halland region in Sweden, with amazingly beautiful cities such as Varberg, Falkenberg & Halmstad. The Halland region is famous for having some of the best sandy beach stretches in Sweden.

The walk starts just outside Galleria Trädgården (as seen in a previous video), then a bit back and forth on the shop & restaurant-filled streets surrounding the central square area while also passing the church. After that it's a quick trip through the park before heading down to the harbor.

Best places to visit in Halland - Spa, Beaches & Views
In this travel video from Halland I show you some amazing places you must visit. We start the weekend off by having a picnic dinner at the Apelviken beach, which is one of the best beaches in Varberg. We also check out Sinnenas Spa at Ästad Vingård. This is one of the most unique spas in Sweden with some amazing features. We have a buffet breakfast at their restaurant Ladan and then head to check out the spa. There are lots of different saunas and pools, inside and outside. They even have a sauna located under a lake which is really cool. We jump in the freezing cold water and warm up in the steam room. After our lovely spa experience we have dinner at Åkulla Outdoor Resort and finish off the weekend by hiking to the viewing point of Hiaklitten at Åkulla bokskogar.

Throughout uni I made travel a priority and worked multiple side jobs to fund my travels. After doing my thesis in Hong Kong I graduated in June 2019. At this point I decided to take a gap year and go traveling. My goal was to visit as many countries as possible. I soon realized that travel is what I love and wan´t to keep on doing. I now dream of visiting every country in the world.
