Polska jest pełna zamków i pałaców, które zostały zbudowane na przestrzeni wieków i dziś świadczą o bogatej historii Polski. Najpopularniejszym jest Zamek Krzyżacki w Malborku, największy na świecie ceglany zamek i symbol potęgi Zakonu Krzyżackiego. Nie zabraknie też Zamku Książ, Zamku Czocha, Pałacu w Pszczynie, w Wilanowie, czy w Mosznej, bo to miejsca, które warto odwiedzić podczas podróży po Polsce.
Polskie parki narodowe to prawdziwy raj dla miłośników przyrody. Bieszczadzki i Tatrzański Park Narodowy, czy mniej znane parki tj. Wigierski PN, czy „Ujście Warty” to tylko niektóre naturalne obszary, które uwzględniliśmy w naszym filmie. Nie zabraknie też innych miejsc, bo Polska natura jest naprawdę piękna.
Postanowiliśmy też na naszej liście umieścić szczyty górskie w Pieninach, Bieszczadach, Tatrach, czy Karkonoszach. Nie zabraknie miejsc tj. Tarnica, Giewont, Rysy, Wysoka, Trzy Korony, czy Śnieżka. Każdy, kto lubi trekkingi i wspinaczkę na pewno znajdzie coś dla siebie. W tym filmie wzięliśmy też pod uwagę miejsca, do których możecie wybrać się z dziećmi lub na spacer.
Kontynuując opis miejsc w Polsce, które trzeba zobaczyć, nie mogliśmy pominąć innych naturalnych terenów tj. Mazury, Puszcza Białowieska, Żuławy Wiślane, Hel, a także parki tj. Park Mużakowski, czy Park Śląski.
W naszym filmie postanowiliśmy uwzględnić także miejsca związane z rozrywką dla całej rodziny, tj. Energylandia, Mandoria, czy Inwałd Park. W końcu nie samymi zabytkami i naturą człowiek żyje.
Ostatnią kategorią miejsc, które warto odwiedzić w Polsce są obiekty związane z bogatą kulturą i tradycją tj. kopalnie złota, srebra, czy soli, dwa unikalne kanały – Elbląski i Augustowski, a także miejsce, który powinien odwiedzić każdy Polak, czyli Auschwitz-Birkenau upamiętniający ofiary Holocaustu.

How Do Polish Villagers React To a Black Foreigner? (Social Experiment)
There is a stigma around black people when it comes to traveling in certain countries, especially in Eastern Europe. Is it because some people of colour complain about their experiences in European countries as a minority and how they think they are not treated well? In my travel videos across Europe I have been documenting my own reality of life as a foreigner and my experiences on how I engage with the local people I come across on my journeys where ever it is on or off the camera all of my encounters are the same.. My travels are comfortable and enjoyable and definitely loads fun. I do not feel like a victim or threatened because my colour when I travel. I believe this channel can educate people from an aspect that not all people of colour are always discriminated or judged, this can be seen in all my films from me showing my encounters in some of the most remote places I have visited in Europe such as, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and England. Although I know some people are racist but for their own reasons.. What advice can I give to anyone that wants to travel no matter the country you travel to or what your colour is. Be fearless, friendly and open to learn a few phrases for interactions, because I know it takes a lot of effort for people and confidence to approach a random stranger and start a conversation and that’s what my spontaneous village travels are about - interacting with the locals and showing how life is on the outside of the big cities and towns. Some thoughts after living in Poland over winter...

Ustroń is a health resort town in Cieszyn Silesia in southern Poland in the Silesian Beskids mountain range which is sufficiently low to be a manageable walk from the town centre for most of us. For example the Silesian Beskids, Równica and Czantoria mountains can be reached if you are staying somewhere near the town centre but if you cannot be bothered to walk there is the chair lift up the Czantoria.
There is no dedicated camp site in the town but there is a parking space which accepts motorhomes for either PLN10 or PLN20 (it is not clear and the price no doubt depends on the size of the vehicle). There are no facilities such as water or electricity available there. For those needing such facilities there is a campsite located around 3km outside of the town - one can take a cycleway along the Vistula river to get into Ustron.
The town can not only offer health but also excellent hiking and cycling. The mountains are not too high although one can go up the Czantoria for example by cable car. Cyclists can follow the path alongside the Vistula to nearby Wisła and enjoy the attractions of that town.
The settlement was first mentioned in a Latin document around 1305 as Ustrona. It belonged initially to the Duchy of Teschen, formed in 1290, the duchy became a fee of Kingdom of Bohemia, which after 1526, became part of the Habsburg Monarchy.
In 1772, the Klemens Steel Works was opened and the village was gradually industrialised. On the site of the former steel works, there is now a museum which shows the technology that built this part of Silesia in the nineteenth century. When the steel work was closed in 1897 the market town switched to be more orientated towards a health and spa resort. This growth accelerated in the 1960s when pyramid-shaped hotels were built in the town. Today it is a very population for people coming to take 'a cure' - a very central European way of looking after one's health.
Other attractions include a dinosaur park and weekend displays of birds of prey. During the summer there are concerts in the amfitheatre in the park as well as in the main square (where I was able also to watch the Poland v Portugal game in Euro 2016).
Unlike most of Poland,a large part of the population is Protestant. For those linguistically inclined, many people speak a version of Cieszyn Vlach which is perfectly understandable to Polish speakers yet does have some endings more similar to those in Czech or Russian.

Bardzo fajnie, klimatyczne miejsce w pobliżu Wisły.
Wybór dań - dla każdego coś się znajdzie, w niewygórowanych cenach. Porcje spore, ale to co nie zjedliśmy, zapakowano nam na wynos.
Na zamówienie czekaliśmy ok. 30 min, jednakże wówczas mogliśmy czas spędzić na zewnątrz słuchając regionalnej muzyki.
Jeśli chodzi o dania, to były bardzo smaczne.
