How long did you travel?
We traveled for 4 weeks in total.
When did you travel?
We visited Costa Rica in November, at the end of the rainy season.
How much did the trip cost?
Around 5000-6000 Euro for two people for four weeks. Flights (1600 Euro), Car Rental (1800 Euro), Fuel (ca. 600-700 Euro), Accommodation (ca. 750 Euro), Food (no idea, maybe 1000-1200 Euro), Chirripo Climb (ca. 300 Euro), Park Entry Fees (ca. 300 Euro).
How did you refuel/carry enough fuel?
We did not carry any extra fuel, but we refueled whenever possible.
Can you share a map of your trip?

Weiter geht es auf unserem Costa Rica Roadtrip nach Cahuita. Jedoch erkunden wir erst einmal den abgelegenen Aquiares Wasserfall, in der Nähe von Turrialba. Die Wanderung war super genial und der Wasserfall wirklich genial.

Costa Rica Rundreise beginnt - San Jose nach Turrialba & Lost Place • Urbex | VLOG 276
Der Costa Rica Roadtrip beginnt und die Rundreise per Mietwagen startet mit einem grusligen Ort, nämlich einem verlassenen Krankenhaus, welches wir auf der Strecke von San Jose nach Turrialba besuchen. Eigentlich war der Start der Costa Rica Reise komplett anders geplant gewesen, aber an diesem Tag kam einfach alles anders!
Am Morgen starteten wir mit dem Mietwagen von San Jose aus in Richtung Turrialba.
Auf dem Weg dorthin wollten wir den höchsten Vulkan Costa Ricas (Irazú) besuchen, eine Wallfahrtskirche, mit dem Sanatorium Durán ein verlassenes Krankenhaus und mehr.
Doch dann kam wie gesagt alles ganz ganz anders - aber sieh selbst!
Auf jeden Fall freuen wir uns nun auf die gemeinsame Zeit mit dir und euch in Costa Rica.
