Veracruz, an elongated Mexican state bordering the Gulf of Mexico, is home to numerous beaches as well as the country’s highest peak, Pico de Orizaba, a dormant volcano. The modern port city of Veracruz was founded by Hernán Cortés in 1519 as a base for Spain’s conquest of the Aztec Empire. Today the city is famous for its exuberant annual Carnival festival.
Veracruz is a coastal state in Central Mexico. It has a developing tourism sector, with many ruins, colonial historical sites, natural features ranging from a towering Pico Orizaba-the highest point in Mexico-to low-lying lagoons and bio-reserves, and fairly decent beaches.

Mijitos!! ¡Llegué a Veracruz! Y no voy a dar a luz! Booomba! jajaja
Ok fue un chiste muy malo, peeero estoy muy feliz de poder presentarles este video sobre mi última visita al hermosísimo estado de Veracruz, concretamente al Puerto de Veracruz, Boca del río, Medellín y por supuesto Tlacotalpan.
En esta visita conocí no solo lo colorido que es Tlacotalpan, sino también el museo de Agustín Lara y un paseo en catamarán por el río.
En Medellín me di una escapada en Kayak para conocer la laguna y descubrir que está repleta de medusas y conchas de mar.
Finalmente, en el Puerto de Veracruz corrí con la fortuna de poder subirme a buques y veleros oficiales de las armadas de países como México, Brasil y Argentina, en el Festival de Velas Veracruz 2022. Un evento increíble y lleno de jarochos.
