Hi! We are Eric and Sarah, a couple of Canadians currently travelling around Central America. We’ve been married since 2017 but have known each other since we were only 6 years old! During our last year of university, we spent 4 months in Honduras on a semester abroad and fell in love with Latin America. Since then, we began planning and saving to do an extensive Latin America tour. 2020 delayed those plans by half a year but during this time stuck in BC, we explored a new hobby (like everyone in the pandemic) of videography and photography. We are now using our new skills to document our adventures around South and Central America. Our desire through these videos is to provide helpful and inspiring content for other travelers while also showing people around the world how beautiful Latin America truly is! Exploring Pacaya Volcano | Guatemala | LittleMissTravelers
Guatemala, located in Central America, is one of the Beautiful places that most people do not even know. The people are kind, respectful, serviceable and generous. But most of all, this place is very cost-effective. You can bring the whole family and there's something for everyone.
We visited a lot of the amazing the places (check out all our Guatemala Videos), we visited the locals and also got the chance to Visit the Pacaya Volcano. Marvin, our tour guide, was spectacular!!! SHOUT OUT TO MARVIN AND ALL THE BEAUTIFUL HORSES AND THE HORSE OWNERS, THANK YOU. We hope you can watch this someday.
ABOUT : The Pacaya Volcano is one of the 3 active volcanos in Guatemala, which first erupted approximately 23,000 years ago and has erupted 23 times since the Spanish conquest of Guatemala.
Even though it's active, it's with reduced risk. It is one of the easiest to climb, it's advisable to go with a guide, which you can hire at the entrance for about $30.
It's very important to wear comfortable and appropriate shoes.
The climb can be challenging, especially ascending. The workers with the horses are so many, so if the going gets tough, get a beautiful horse to help. This also help create jobs for the Locals. Thanks for watching and commenting.

PSYCHO Guatemala Water Park - Vlog
We went to Guatemala and found some psycho water slides in the jungle. The water park is called Xocomil and is located in Retalhuleu Guatemala. It took 3 hours to get there from Guatemala City and we had some crazy encounters on the way. That vlog is coming soon.
I've never had this much fun at a water park. The one slide I didn't get to film was the water coaster, which was absolutely nuts. The park had some great theming, and we had a great time enjoying the slides.

SLEEPING ON A VOLCANO IN ANTIGUA - Backpacking through Guatemala
After flying from Costa Rica to Guatemala we explored the beautiful colonial city of Antigua and participated in a week of Spanish classes.
We hiked up Pacaya volcano that is still active and roasted some marshmallows. Even more exciting was hiking up Volcano Acatenago which is situated right next to an active volcano that erupts every 20 minutes providing a spectacular show. We spent the night on the volcano before hiking to the summit in the middle of the night in order to watch the sunrise. This was a once in a life time experience!
After returning to Antigua we spent the night in the Earth Lodge which I can highly recommend. Check out their website here:

So we ventured out of Mixco, Guatemala and it honestly did shock me... so much negativity surrounds Guatemala and honesty it has shocked me each day with how much Guatemala has to offer... the people are some of the most hospitable I've ever met, the kindest should live here, the most amazing City and now Mixco! I really enjoyed making this video and adventuring around Guatemala... absolutely stunning!
We honestly fell in love with it here and we couldn't thank everyone enough for the amazing response we've had here, it's been a truly stunning experience....
